Three Things a Week

Namaste,

Prem means the experience of deep love.
It is the love you feel in yourself.
It is the love that the Universal Mother feels for you.

If you wish to up lift yourselves through the practice of non-procrastination, then follow the practice of doing three different things this week.
Now that is not a lot.
Three things a week.

It’s a walk in the park.
Walk anywhere.
Make up your mind and JUST DO IT!
Believe it or not, when you stop procrastinating, you unleash your ability to live life the way you have always wanted.
You begin to understand that you can do whatever you want to do.
As you walk or jog or run, Kundalini actually prepares Her journey upward.

Through exercise you can bring your body, mind, and soul together in harmony.
Exercise and drinking water does a yogi become.
