The Power of Gratitude

Namaste,

I wrote The 11 Karmic Spaces in my deepest silence and sincere wish for humanity to understand where they were in life and how to get where they want to be.
In the stillness of their hearts, they can begin to notice the spaces in life that the ego calls them to.
There are 11 Karmic Spaces that hold answers to life and death.
Each space has many crevasses that are easily found before you enter into the difficulty of getting out of any situation.

On page 52 I wrote about the Karmic Graces.
This is very important to learn, and it is my pleasure to show you how.

Our habit of comparing ourselves to others has us believe that our own life is at a standstill, but the truth is that our hearts are always able to move beyond our minds.
This means that we can have expansion in any moment, simply by learning from our innate wisdom.
What you must know is that you too could achieve your dream; most of the time it is yours already. You only need to dig deep enough within yourself to find it. Once you have even the slightest understanding of who you really are, you can reclaim all the abilities that you stifled with jealousy. But this requires self love and gratitude.
I have learnt over the past forty years that there is nothing more potent than gratitude.
In a state of gratitude, one seems to see clearly that which was clouded by the ego.
The ego cannot live in the same space of gratitude – only humility can.
When you are grateful for even the smallest thing in your life, you can begin to lift the veil of multiplicity.
Gratitude helps the heart not to be jealous of anything.
The heart is so filled with thankfulness that one can receive glimpses of bliss.

Start by becoming aware of your breath.
Breathing in a slow breath, you are aware that the breath is slow.
Breathing out a slow breath, you are aware that the breath is slow.
Breathing in a deep breath, you are aware that the breath is deep.
Breathing out a deep breath, you are aware that the breath is deep.
Doing this a few times a day will show your heart your own connection to the Universe.
Once you know this even a little, jealousy begins to melt away.
I love you with all my heart and soul.

Love,
Ma Jaya
