Take Your Mind Off Your Mind


To the ego-mind, time is essential.
When time is taken out and removed, the mind stops – unless you choose to use it.
The breath is the warrior of the Soul.
To have an endless preoccupation with past thoughts takes you out of the moment.

Nothing truly exists outside the moment, yet everything exists in the moment.
A joyful life comes from choosing your thoughts and knowing that a thought cannot hurt you or change anything.
Take the mind off the mind, and keep watching the breath – this can help the nourishment of the breath spread through your life.
The breath is your greatest point of access into the Formless.
