You must make a positive effort to curb the Shakti that is normally drawn downward and bring it up toward your head.
The ancient yogic techniques help you to conserve your Shakti and not to waste it on any of the Karmic Spaces.
Then the Shakti is channeled to flow upward into all the chakras.
The more you practice yoga, the easier it is to transform passion into compassion.
You will grow and your compassionate nature will expand.

In meditation, Kundalini is led to the top of the head, over the head, into the different streams of the Universe, and then into the Formless.

Bliss can and will follow you.
