The Breath for Releasing Stale Thoughts

  • Press the tip of your tongue against the back of  your upper teeth.
  • Breathe in deeply,keep the tip of your tongue pressed against your upper teeth.
  • Now breathe out deeply, keep the tip of your tongue pressed against your upper teeth.
  • Breathe in deeply again.
  • Breathe out deeply.
  • When you think you are at the end of your breath  – squeeze out more. You are working with your lungs.
  • Feel the stale breath leaving. The stale thoughts are leaving.

Practice this more and more each day.

The more you breathe in the Prana of the universe
You breathe out what you do not need.
Your life will change.
