The Moment of the Source

Namaste,

All of you are already mystics and are already attracted to Enlightenment, whether you are aware of it or not.

Kali Natha Yoga is the pathway of devotional non-duality.
It is open to everyone and has no requirements other than the capacity for one’s inner love, honesty, and the willingness to align with the Source.
Yogis move from truth to greater truth.

Every seeker actually lives in the moment of the Source; it is only about the Mother pointing this out.
Negative thoughts are a big part of depression that rises at any moment.
There is not one thing that is personal about them.
When you lose yourselves in negative thoughts, you begin to identify with them.

This is why repeating the mantra, “I am not my thoughts,” brings a stop to the chaos of the mind.
Focus on your breath, and know that every new in-breath is a beginning, and every out-breath is a release and a new letting go.
Say “This is a beginning” to yourself on the in-breath, and “Letting go” on the out-breath.
You can never say this too much.
You can grow with the Mother’s love in your heart
I love you all.

Love,
Ma Jaya
