Mindfulness and the Mother

Namaste,

Mindfulness is being aware of what is happening in the present moment.
It means to notice the flow of your life as you are walking, talking or anything you are doing in the moment.
Whatever you are doing, observe what  you are doing.
When you are mindful, your whole day becomes a dance.

Mindfulness brings the great qualities that you have to the surface of your life.
You all have begun a journey into the mind.
Be patient with yourself.
No matter how long you are on the journey, you can always start again in the moment.
For example, how are you breathing this moment?

Is the breath longer on the in-breath than the out-breath?
Are you forgetting to breathe?
When you begin to pay attention to what you are doing, your intuition is sharpened.

Ask the Mother  what you can do to quiet yourself.
You  will find yourself as still as a day with no wind.
Your own intuition can teach you in the quiet of your life how to judge how you feel at any given moment.
There are times your own intuition is whispering to you to slow down or speed up.

See the Mother in the clouds.
You can only do this if you are looking at the clouds.
See the Mother in a flower; you can only see this if you look at the beauty of a flower.
Feel the Mother beside you at all times.
Feel the Mother this very second in the center of your chest.
Your own breath will take you to your heart.

Look up at the sky, and know that the moment has come to greet each moment as a gift.
Listen to your body; teach it to live with joy.
Ask the Mother to pour into your own heart the waters from Her heart of kindness.
Tell yourself that you are a gift of the Mother to yourself.
The Mother will never throw you out of Her heart or Her life.
Breathe Her In.

Feel Her deep inside your Being.
I love you all.

Love,
Ma Jaya
