Namaste,
Kali Natha yogis are taught to take care of their bodies and to see beauty inside themselves all of their lives.
One learns to see beauty in everyone.
Each action you take is in the name of the Universal Mother.
Each action you take is part of your higher intelligence.
Be open at all times to the communication in yourself; this communication will lead you to the beauty of the universe.
As you rise this day, use mantras that will tell you how much you are loved.
Before you go out this day create your day as you want it.
Seek out your own responsibility of life.
You will develop a powerhouse of strength.
You will see your life as light.
You have an inner higher power inside of yourself.
You may not notice it at first, yet after awhile you will feel it and ride with it.
This is the law of the universe.

Namaste,
In meditation, when you enter the Formless (or close to it) time is no longer aligned.
It is a circle that is all around you, yet it does not touch you – for you do not exist.
You can feel the flames of time always waiting for rebirth; yet soon the self that you are familiar with begins to disappear into the Great Light of the Formless.
All of the ‘former you’ and ‘future you’ is in the one embrace of the Oneness.
You glow in this Oneness.
From where your Beloved sits, you become the fire of our great Universe.
When you enter the Universe once again, your perception is greater than before and your intuition is on fire.
As I take you towards your earthly body, the image of the Great Light is still in your head as you carry it back to the top of the head.
It is one of the most beautiful moments for your Beloved as well as for you.
It will affect everything in your life positively; and the more you enter the Formless, the easier it is to be in your heart.
You almost cannot partake in your ego’s doings.
You are able to wipe away the tears of your heart.
The world of the past is gone, and all of creation is new in the now.
How wonderful is this!
The world of the past is gone and all of creation is new in the now.
The beauty of the world addresses you and shows you its radiance as it shines through the human heart.
The calling of your heart is the calling of the Universal Mother for Her child.
Her beauty gladdens the heart.
Her beauty is woven in the great heart of life.
Abusing power is not the Mother’s way.
Loving and compassion is the way of the Mother’s heart.
There are so many ways your life becomes different once you have sat with your Beloved.

Namaste,
Your Soul has a purpose, and that purpose is love.
Love brings a huge amount of joy.
You were born to live in joy.
Others will see this joy in your eyes and will want it for themselves
This joy awakens a desire to live to serve and to serve to live.
You can feel this joy when you live your day and do day-to-day things.
Meditation is like a lantern; it illuminates the inner landscapes of our lives and helps us to find hidden riches.
Meditation helps you to gaze at the world with spiritual joy without hiding away from the world at all.
The open heart retains a passion for freedom, and meditation keeps the heart open.
Passion for the Universal Mother keeps the heart young.
One keeps vitality of mind and heart through meditation.
You can keep your heart open to bring the flames of feeling to your life.
Respect the mystery of life inside your being.

Namaste,
There is no loneliness, no disapproval, and no discord in the Formless – only the bright lights of love coming from the great Rainbow Teaching of Tibet.
The Formless is where the physical world and the spiritual world merge and disappear into one.
In the Formless you learn who you truly are.
There is an eternity in all of us, and we all have to come to grips with who we are.
At the beginning of your journey, life offers you a mirror.
The mirror fills and fills, and as you learn it becomes clearer.
The imagination sees what the world truly is – this is why children can play for hours with their imaginary toys or friends.
The imagination is the great friend of possibility.
And then comes the adult, telling the child not to dream and to look at reality instead.
So the child leaves the fertile imagination that brings him or her fun and happiness.
Now the child does not know where to turn, until he or she turns to the spiritual path.
The Universal Mother is the holder of all possibilities, and She will call you to them.
Then one day you will awake and understand that the full, fertile world is all around you.
You have not dreamed in vain.

Namaste,
There comes a time that the spiritual path that you are on runs through your heart.
It is as soft as a rainbow when this happens.
The currents of love come from the Beloved and make you want the Universal Mother with all of your being.
This current carries the love back to the Mother, and She comes to you whenever you call on Her.
This love of the Mother wants to be known.
This love polishes the mirror of the heart.
It is done day by day, every day.
It is the work of love.
You learn to become soft in the hands of love.
And as you live with courage of love, you become warriors on the Path of the Mother.
When you forget the Mother within, you forget to live in the Light of your own Being.
The Mother’s Path is one of service, compassion and love.
You travel away from the ego into the sea of love.
You are never in danger of losing your way.
You are always being watched and protected.
The Path of the Mother is the preparation of becoming the Mother.
She will teach you to swim in the ocean of unity.
It is this Ocean of Unity has always been alive in your heart.
Call the Mother from deep in yourself every moment that you can.
Her being is woven in your heart.
She will teach you of that which is genuine and that which is false.
Then you learn to listen.
Listen from your heart where the Beloved dwells.
It is all in the inner world of your Being.
The path brings it to the surface – for it is always there, just beneath the surface.
Meditation takes you to yourself so you can feel the merge and the oneness of life.
Then things happen in a beautiful way.
You are wide open and aware.
This lasts and lasts, and when it begins to disappear, you cry out for more.
The excitement of this path brings extra beats to your heart.
The extra beat is the beat of divine love.

Namaste,
When you enter the spiritual path, you attract the energies of all the Gods and Goddesses that you are familiar to you or your religion.
The world exists so the Universal Mother can come to know you.
Work with the Mother and know creation.
She loves you and protects you.
You just have to be aware that the Mother is always listening to you, always protecting.
There are no words to explain what happens to you the second you take spiritual life seriously, yet with humor.
You begin to work with all of life’s situations in a more beautiful way.
Listen for the Mother as She whispers to you in the night when you are most afraid of your failings.
She will shine Her Light upon you.
It is as simple as that.
Be simple like the children, and you would have no need of any of the Karmic Spaces.
Or you will look toward the positive aspect of the Karmic Spaces.
So take your problems one by one, and watch the Mother bring you to the Light.

There is a secret life deep within that longs to be found.
It is a form of you with much less ego.
It is a place that can help you heal your own wounds.
Every wound is different, but every wound can be healed by the meditation on the heart.
Strength comes from the love for the Universal Mother.
Strength comes out of the winter of pain.
Each shape of your wounds has a story, yet each wound can be healed the same way.
How much are you willing to give up so you can heal the wounded heart?
You do not need to live as a hermit.
Open yourself up to all the love around you.
When you live like this, you have no fear of death.
You begin to understand about the Light of Death.
You can see the flow of this light in life; and though it lights up your flaws, you learn to love them.
It can bring you down to spaces where you can learn from.
This is part of your mystical journey taken with the Mother.
Become familiar with your amazing spirit.
You must allow yourself to be who you are, knowing that the Mother loves you no matter what.

You can live in open space, without restrictions, more often than you know.
The more you make of the reality of this, even in small ways, the more you can enrich your own life.
This space gives you more breathing room to live and understand life.
There is an inner radius that the Universal Mother gives you as a gift that expands as you become more aware of your life.
There is a kind and gentle pathway to all your dreams.
This can only come from awareness, mostly of your own beauty.
You all have gotten a glance of your loving heart.
The beauty of this is your own individuality.
In every soul there is a divine blueprint that can lead you to bliss.
When you allow the lamp of love to shine throughout your life, you begin to honor your life like never before.
If you feel any calling in your heart from the Universal Mother, you should listen to Her.
She will only lead you to full ecstasy.
She will lead you to new horizons.
This takes courage and passion.
There is nothing as lonesome as one living without passion.
And yet when you do realize the joy that the Mother brings you, there is only Light.
There is a time of growth when love breaks through your shell.
Often when you feel hurt you tend to bring a shell around you.
Yet when you have awareness, you can keep your heart wide open for yourself and for others.
When you revisit your old wounds, you are bringing yourself into the pain once again.
Be kind to your own vulnerability
And know the Mother loves you with deep passion.

When you realize that the Self is free from impressions of like and dislike, you have no need to criticize anyone.
This happens due to meditation.
Meditating on the breath forces you to look deeply into your heart.
Confusion is an ego mind-game that causes you to waste time over and over again.
It makes for indecisive action and poor reasoning.
It keeps you unstable.
Confusion is the ego’s chatter directing your life.
To get rid of confusion, stop asking yourself so many questions and use your intuition.
Decisions should be natural and should come from the heart.
Expanding your mind comes from stretching the intellect.
Frustration comes from expecting to fail
When you expect to succeed, you become happy – even if you do not succeed.
You are not your body or your mind; you are part of the Universal Mother.
The power which is in the Mother is in you as well.
Each day you expand; devotion and love help you to expand.
There is one thing in the world you must never forget and that one thing is love.
You are all on a mission of love for Mother Earth and Her children.
As you sit this moment, let the devotion that is waiting for you grow.
It is waiting for you to be aware of it.
The world holds many distractions for you.
Yet to know the love of the Mother is to have a purpose in life; the ego cannot distract you from this.
You are fulfilled with Her compassion.

Namaste,
There are times when you feel that you cannot see out of the darkness of your life.
Call on the Universal Mother; she will bring you confidence and joy that will break up the darkness and lead you into the light of your life.
She will never fail you.
Even if you do not understand, it is wonderful to know that the Mother will lead you out of every moment of pain if you call on her.
The Mother promises to be with us always, and she is.
You only need to call out her name and she will make herself known.
She will give you the tools to help you get through each day with love in your heart.
This night before you fall asleep tell the Mother to watch over you.
When you wake, write down what you can remember in the night.
If you can’t remember the words, then write in your journal what you felt when you woke up.
Remember to be grateful for everything in your life.
Feel the Mother’s love, bask in this love, and always know you are in this light.
