Her love opens your silence; as we enter even slightly, Her heart pulls us in. We step over our abandoned pride and enter into Her temple of love. She keeps us with Her until our tears dry out. Our feelings of jealousy fall apart as we weep in Her Divine arms. Her heart weeps for all of us. Then breathe in and out of your heart for five full deep, wonderful breaths, saying to yourself, “My Beloved loves me.” Bring your awareness to the base of your spine. Bring the essence of your heart, blessed by the Mother, into the base of your spine for five full, deep breaths. Then come up each chakra, breathing in and out of each one three times.
After practicing meditation for awhile, you can bring yourself to yourself. You can begin to develop self-worth. You can embrace kindness instead of selfishness. All this can happen from learning how to meditate. Keep it simple and your life will become simple. Negative emotions come from constantly contradicting yourself. This is the ego causing confusion. When you sit simply and keep your heart open no matter what, you vibrate with the Universe and can be whatever you want to be. Know for sure that you are a positive being; you can overwhelm all that is negative.
