Namaste,
Sit quietly and breathe in and out, making the breath go deeper and deeper.
Then breathe in and out of your heart for five full deep, wonderful breaths, saying to yourself, “My Beloved loves me.”
Bring your awareness to the base of your spine.
Bring the essence of your heart, blessed by the Mother, into the base of your spine for five full, deep breaths.
Then come up each chakra, breathing in and out of each one three times.
When you reach the top of the head and you breathe in and out three times, you are ready for the flowing Mother’s love to truly touch the center of your chest.
Breathe in and out of your heart chakra until you feel to stop – and then let the breath be normal.
Feel your Beloved more than ever before.
Love,
Ma Jaya

Namaste,
When you are attached to something that you seem to want so badly and you finally get it, you realize that you never wanted it at all.
This is because everything changes with the flow of life.
If you can become calm and embrace your own flow of life, you will realize that when you appreciate what you have, you will call forth that which you desire.
This is the beauty of the mystical journey we are all on.
There is a secret harvesting going on all the time by the Universal Mother, who wants you to have all that there is.
You only have to breathe and notice that you are breathing.
Focus on your breath enough; then you begin to realize that the breath by itself is the great gift of the Mother.
Without attachment you become more and more who you truly are.
In every being there is a glimpse of who you are.
Thus you never are a stranger in life to yourself.
You begin to know that you are never alone, and everyone who walks with you throughout life has always been and always will be there.
When you find yourself in love with your Beloved, some divine magnet draws you together.
This magnetic pull brings you closer to the true heart of life as you become one with the flames of love.
How wonderful it is to know that you are in love with the Mother!
It is like the first stirring of spring in your spiritual heart, although it can be in any climate.
The heart becomes alive with the wisdom of the Mother.
The Soul is not hidden from you anymore.
The Mother has set it free.
The Soul is always entwined with your Beloved.
You only have to awaken your awareness to unconditional love that asks for nothing and gives everything.
Love,
Ma Jaya

Namaste,
The best thing you can do for yourself is to fill yourself up on love every morning.
Do deep breathing before you get out of your bed.
Feel any clouds of darkness disappear.
Now you are ready to start your day.
The sweetness of life will make you its own.
The sweetness of life is the Mother, who always wants you to be happy.
She does everything She can possibly do to accomplish this.
Remember all throughout your day that gratitude is the greatest source of joy.
I love you.
Love,
Ma Jaya

Namaste,
There are times when you feel that you cannot see out of the darkness of your life.
Call on the Universal Mother; she will bring you confidence and joy that will break up the darkness and lead you into the light of your life.
She will never fail you.
Even if you do not understand, it is wonderful to know that the Mother will lead you out of every moment of pain if you call on her.
The Mother promises to be with us always, and she is.
You only need to call out her name and she will make herself known.
She will give you the tools to help you get through each day with love in your heart.
This night before you fall asleep tell the Mother to watch over you.
When you wake, write down what you can remember in the night.
If you can’t remember the words, then write in your journal what you felt when you woke up.
Remember to be grateful for everything in your life.
Feel the Mother’s love, bask in this love, and always know you are in this light.
Love,
Ma Jaya

Namaste,
We are all born divine, and each of us has the Soul that dwells eternally at the core of our beings.
It is said that we are all God in disguise.
Kundalini rests at the bottom of the spine, waiting to awaken by yoga and other practices.
Kali Natha Tantric Yoga, taught by a trained teacher, can help awaken this power so you can taste the beauty of the merge into the Oneness.
Out of habit, we listen to others instead of ourselves.
We all have at the core of our being the great Intuitive Mother, who whispers right from wrong in our ear.
If you sit still this very moment, you can feel the Mother speaking to you if you are ready to listen.
Negative emotions melt away when you let the Intuitive Mother run free.
Do not argue with yourself; just listen.
Mother can combine all that is good for you and bring you to a path of peace.
She grants you solidity with the Oneness.
She affects your life forever.
She teaches us not to contradict the Self, to be wide open, and to receive so we can return to our original God-like state.
We have the connection to all of space in the Universe.
After practicing meditation for awhile, you can bring yourself to yourself.
You can begin to develop self-worth.
You can embrace kindness instead of selfishness.
All this can happen from learning how to meditate.
Keep it simple and your life will become simple.
Negative emotions come from constantly contradicting yourself.
This is the ego causing confusion.
When you sit simply and keep your heart open no matter what, you vibrate with the Universe and can be whatever you want to be.
Know for sure that you are a positive being; you can overwhelm all that is negative.
Just sit still when you can, and repeat, “God loves me, God loves me.”
And in a short while you will believe that you are love, and that you were born to love.
Love,
Ma Jaya

Namaste,
The Mother trusts you with Her Earth.
Many have used Mother as a sanctuary, and this is perfect.
You have to have time to process out any negativity that is in you.
When you see yourself as more and more prosperous, negativity leaves you.
Little by little it begins to leave.
Negativity has no place in your being.
We are all a reflection of the Mother.
Therefore, we know deep in our hearts that negativity does not belong to us.
You have to believe in yourself as the Mother sees you.
You have such a beautiful energy in you and all around you.
You can come into an energy that is totally positive. This is your inner learning.
It never leaves you.
It is just in a fog that the ego covers you with.
You also have the ability to fix yourself if you have to.
Sit quietly and find any negativity that you feel roaming around in you.
Take in a slow and gentle breath, hold it for a moment, and exhale.
Take another breath in deeply to the core of your being.
Be aware.
With your closed eyes, be aware of a beautiful field that you are walking in.
You are walking up a hill; and now you are sitting down with your back straight.
Follow your breath.
Feel your body becoming more and more relaxed.
Take a slow and gentle breath in.
Relax the muscles in your hands.
Exhale.
Sit in nature, and be aware of your breath.
The breath becomes like a life force.
You can feel a deep sense of security.
Then open your eyes; feel that you and nature are one – that you and your Mother are one.
Allow this space to hold you
Now repeat to yourself, “I am free” – and so you are.
There are no limitations in you.
Again you say, “I am free.”
Meditation consumes all negativity, and indeed you are free.
Take a deep breath of joy, and let out joy.
Take a deep breath of happiness, and let out happiness.
Feel Light all around you.
Feel Light in you.
You are Light, and Light is you.
I love you all.
Love,
Ma Jaya

Namaste,
When you learn how to experience spirituality, you learn how to live.
The essence of spirituality lives deep in the heart cave in the center of the chest.
The burning zeal of wanting the Formless is always with the one who seeks spirituality.
Then, one day, everything is different!
Your whole life is focused on the center of your chest where the Formless allows itself to be known through the love of the Guru.
You can become the lover of truth and spirituality, simply by asking.
Ask to feel the depth of your love of the Mother, and the Universe will open you like never before.
Sit in the wonderment of life by feeling your breath coming in and out, in and out.
Then breathe deeply into your chest, and hold the breath.
You are the strength of your own breath.
Let the breath gently out through your nose, and breathe in once again the newness of life that you have just found within your own spiritual heart.
I love you all.
Love,
Ma Jaya

Namaste,
The question is, “How do we change our behavior to bring us good karma?”
The answer:
People cannot change their behavior only to bring themselves good karma.
Change must come from the heart, without any seeking a reward of any kind.
In other words, you learn to live unconditionally.
Unconditional love in everything you do is how you live on the shore of the river of positive karma.
Karma becomes reduced or added as one lives his or her life.
Yet if you can see beauty in your life and see your life in color instead of always black and white, there is a new beginning for you.
How wonderful to have life with color; then karma takes place in your heart instead of your head.
Everything does not look the same.
All has its own color, thus it own beauty.
When there is dark karma swirling around you, you can feel it before seeing it.
It does not feel good, unless it is the Universal Mother protecting and taking care of you.
How do you know the difference between the two?
Be silent, and let your heart speak to you.
Learn what it has to say to you.
Soon you will find that you have awakened your intuition.
Your intuition brings such joy to you once you have begun to pay attention.
Intuition can bring awareness of actions that can sometimes be partly harmful.
The knowledge that the Mother exists brings joy.
You are not alone; we all love to be touched by the Divine Mother.
You may ask, “How does it feel to be touched by Mother?”
It feels differently to different people, yet always it feels warm and soothing.
You begin to know the Mother’s touch.
Karma is forgotten because the Mother is leading the way.
She wants nothing from any of you except to make your journey upon Earth a pleasant experience.
Karma takes its own place in your life in a continuous pattern of learning.
What we want from the Mother is She Herself.
And if this is so, then we must grow and be.
We must never hurt anyone; thus karma will take care of itself as well as others.
Write your story of life in pencil so you can change the ending any time you want.
This is changing your destiny for the better.
I will help you to learn all you can about karma, both positive and negative.
For once you learn of one, understanding the other will come.
I love you all.
Love,
Ma Jaya

Namaste,
The question today from Radha Krishna Jaya truly touches my heart:
“Please talk about how you are always watching your chelas.”
Answer:
When you enter into Samadhi, or the Formless, or the Emptiness, at times you can become afraid.
This is called a Kundalini experience, or deep Spiritual experience; and this can be very fearful.
When the Mother watches over you, She protects you and keeps you well balanced so you can enjoy the completeness of God and Goddess.
I want so much for you all to experience the Great Bliss that the sages and holy ones wrote about in so many scriptures of many religions.
One of your deepest fears, and there are many, is that you are inadequate to receive all the power of Shakti that goes with entering the Formless.
The Mother asks you, “Who are you not to be? You are the child of the Mother.”
You were born to become one with all that there is.
This is not just some of us; it is all of us.
And as you let your own Light shine, you unconsciously and consciously give others permission to do the same by your actions.
Once you are liberated from your own fear, your presence automatically shows others that they can also be liberated.
There is no limit in what you can accomplish.
I do not need to be your Guru for you to feel this flow of Shakti as the Mother approaches you in meditation.
And so I keep on watching you as you live your life, anywhere in the world.
I am always watching and protecting.
I guard your hearts, bodies and Souls, or you are all children of the Mother.
And then there are the choices.
I can only show you them.
I cannot make your choices for you.
I can bring you to the point where the ego cannot lure you, seduce you, or make you forget that you are a child of the Gods and Goddesses.
At times there is no need to suffer, and yet you cannot see it or feel it.
I will always continue to watch you and try to show you the great spiritual intuition in you as you learn more and more.
I love you with all that I am.
Love,
Ma Jaya

Namaste,
The question today is from Betsy:
“Just as we continue to grow, learn and evolve, is God or Goddess evolving as well?”
This is a far out question, and the answer is very simple.
In each lifetime and with every generation, everything changes.
The Deities must watch to see how much the seeker can hold and learn, as well as how much negative karma can be taken and positive karma can be earned.
So the answer is, “Yes.”
As you absorb and learn and want to live a good life on a spiritual path, so must the deities learn how to tell what can be offered in the way of choice.
The whole world and Universe continues to evolve as the mind of humanity pulls both questions and answers from the Source.
I personally love to watch my students expand their consciousness, and I must learn from my own Guru to stay detached.
Yet as the Mother, I will do anything to have all of you make choices that will make the world a better place and yourself a better person: a person of the heart.
We all can learn something every day of our lives.
There is so much more to come, to feel, and to share with others.
By living the fullness of life while serving others, hearts open and negativity begins to disappear.
I love you all so very much.
Love,
Ma Jaya
