Change Your Reaction

Wednesday, June 9th, 2010

Namaste,

It takes an enormous amount of energy to take the wrong path in life.
The second you step into any of the Karmic Spaces you can feel the darkness coming to the surface more quickly.
You attract more trouble to yourself.
Life does not get any easier.
You work more in the dark instead of the Light.
You suddenly become aware of what you do not like about yourself and you forget your own beauty.
You begin to hide within yourself.

Then all of a sudden you want the very Light that you have rejected.
The moment that someone comes into your life that you do not agree with, you are confronted with your own demons.
With the Light that you call to yourself, you no longer react to these situations.
Once you understand this, life becomes more endearing.
This day think of one big problem you have to work through.
Look through your life and notice one thing in life that comes forth all the time.
Look as if you were a witness watching the whole game of life.

Now stop and begin to react differently than ever before.
You are now beginning to understand yourself.
Stop yourself and find the answer to the problem that constantly comes to you.
Do not reject the problem; just handle it differently.
You do not have to resolve the problem all at one time.
Your aim is not to just resolve problems; your aim is to go into the Light in life.
The problem is just a stepping stone.
You can do it.

Breath to Consume Negativity

Tuesday, February 23rd, 2010

Namaste,

The Mother trusts you with Her Earth.
Many have used Mother as a sanctuary, and this is perfect.
You have to have time to process out any negativity that is in you.
When you see yourself as more and more prosperous, negativity leaves you.
Little by little it begins to leave.
Negativity has no place in your being.

We are all a reflection of the Mother.
Therefore, we know deep in our hearts that negativity does not belong to us.
You have to believe in yourself as the Mother sees you.
You have such a beautiful energy in you and all around you.
You can come into an energy that is totally positive. This is your inner learning.
It never leaves you.
It is just in a fog that the ego covers you with.

You also have the ability to fix yourself if you have to.
Sit quietly and find any negativity that you feel roaming around in you.
Take in a slow and gentle breath, hold it for a moment, and exhale.
Take another breath in deeply to the core of your being.
Be aware.
With your closed eyes, be aware of a beautiful field that you are walking in.
You are walking up a hill; and now you are sitting down with your back straight.
Follow your breath.
Feel your body becoming more and more relaxed.
Take a slow and gentle breath in.
Relax the muscles in your hands.
Exhale.

Sit in nature, and be aware of your breath.
The breath becomes like a life force.
You can feel a deep sense of security.
Then open your eyes; feel that you and nature are one – that you and your Mother are one.
Allow this space to hold you
Now repeat to yourself, “I am free” – and so you are.
There are no limitations in you.
Again you say, “I am free.”
Meditation consumes all negativity, and indeed you are free.
Take a deep breath of joy, and let out joy.
Take a deep breath of happiness, and let out happiness.
Feel Light all around you.
Feel Light in you.
You are Light, and Light is you.

I love you all.

Merge with the Beloved

Wednesday, February 3rd, 2010

Namaste,

The sweet harmony between you and your Beloved can be felt all over the world.
Each time you discover the Self deep within, you grow more toward yourself and your Beloved.

Having felt the Beloved only once, you walk the path of love.
Having heard the Beloved even once, all is heard.
Having touched the Beloved even once, all is touched.
Having known Beloved, all is known.
All fears are taken away.
All grief begins to disappear.

Oh my Baba, the giver of bliss, give me the gift to teach others of this love.
The Beloved is one in all.
The Beloved is the song of many birds.
The Beloved is the gentleness in the flowering blooms.
The Beloved is the depth of the ocean.
The Beloved is the dew drop in the lotus of the heart.

Merge with the Beloved, and find yourself.
The Beloved is Light that comes to our life.
All darkness has been dispelled when the Beloved smiles.
The Beloved brings light of expansion.
The Beloved floods the seeker with light.
It is this light that brings joy to your heart.

Feel the love of your Beloved this very second on the breath of time and the timeless space of your being.
Every moment think on the Beloved and you will find that the Beloved thinks always on you.

The Lightning Bolt of Love

Tuesday, January 12th, 2010

Namaste,

Do not fear unconditional love.
There is an utter simplicity to it.
Thinking of a lightning bolt is a good way to describe the way your Beloved loves you: strong, straight and full of light.

That lightning bolt never stops racing through you; it opens you and brings you courage that you never knew you had.
But when you are tense, you cannot let the fullness of the lightning bolt touch you; it bounces off.
When you can relax, you can spread the light of your Beloved all throughout your being, your body and the place where you live.
The Light just simply spreads while it warms and relaxes you.

Gratitude, gratitude, gratitude.
This is all I have: Gratitude and love, love and gratitude.

I love you all.
Love,
Ma Jaya

Question: How do we Pray for Someone Else?

Thursday, December 3rd, 2009

Namaste,

This question is from Judy Jayanti:

“How do we pray for someone else- for their comfort and to release their suffering? Even when I am not liberated I want joy, ease and comfort for others.  Do we meditate, do we see him or her in a golden light, or do we use mantras or asanas to see them laughing and joyous in our hearts and minds?”

Ma’s Answer:

It is always a good thing to see anyone in the golden light and see them laughing and joyous in our hearts and minds.

Yet before you can help others, you must see yourself in the light and always in your heart.
By practicing meditation and being able to live your life with ease and comfort, others will want to be like you.

They will forget for a time their own sorrows as they watch you detach from your ego.
They will also believe by just looking at you that you are praying for them.
You will not even have to say it; they will know it.
The more you care, the more your own ego begins to melt away.
Then you begin to pray for them from the bottom of your heart.

The Mother will hear your prayers and welcome them.
Yes, you can use mantras and asanas to keep moving closer to the Mother.
She will help you to help others.
It is a good thing to want to take care of others as long as you are clear about yourself.

I love you with all my heart and will teach you how to help others as you yourself reach the Feet of the Mother.

Joy Abides in your Heart

Thursday, October 8th, 2009

Namaste,

Kali Natha Tantric Yoga has opened so many hearts to a point that I never would have imagined.

You can become anything you want to be.
You are in charge of your life and your body.
The senses are the lights that illuminate the path and all objects on this path.
The intellect is the light as the self shines on; the self shines on and on.
Joy abides in your heart, and your soul is filled with nectar
Come let us all court Lady Joy, for She is our Mother Laxmi.

Feel your Beloved.
Your Beloved will never let you go.

Love,
Ma Jaya
