Honoring Death when Afraid

Wednesday, December 16th, 2009

Namaste,

The question this day is “How do we honor death when we are afraid?”

Answer:

I will answer you as deeply and honestly as I can.

This is everyone’s question at one time or another, especially as we enter into spiritual life.
As you live a life of spirituality, you learn more about death.
You also learn to embrace Death rather than fear him.
If you can keep still this very moment and sit and listen to your Beloved’s voice, you will find that your Beloved is always talking and listening to you.
He or she will take your fear and leave you to enjoy your spiritual journey, which includes Death.
As you sit and begin to enter into the Formless, you breathe more inside of yourself.
This is mental breathing; in doing this, you will find that you have less fear – not only of death, but of many things.
You will feel that you have become one with Death’s breath, without fear.
You will learn to keep the incense burning night and day in your heart, and you will be able to feel the gentle flow of death’s magic.
Your Soul will allow you to know that it never dies; the Soul is always to be found.

After awhile, death will not worry you at all, and you will learn how to greet Death.
It will be seen as a gift that you naturally receive each and every lifetime.
You will learn of the gentle wind that blows today with love, and the gentle sky that is so blue that it brings tears of joy.

Trees and flowers and such will bring you in death the same joy they bring you in life.
See now in the moment how much less afraid you are.
Just knowing that your Beloved will be with you always keeps life sweet and safe.
Your Beloved loves you very much, and this love follows you lifetime to lifetime, from death to death.

You are precious to your Beloved

Question: Why does the soul need lessons?

Tuesday, December 1st, 2009

Namaste,

Here is Baba Hanuman’s Question:

“Why does the soul need lessons? Why does the Soul, when it leaves the body, have to come back for lessons and carry with it the seeds of karma from lifetime to lifetime? If the soul is one with the Mother, then why do we forget? I feel like the soul is purity itself. Why is there karma attached to it?”

Namaste Baba Hanuman,

The Soul is purity itself.
When the soul is in life or has taken a body by choice, then there is no karma attached to it whatsoever.
This is not a constant circumstance.
The soul in its perfect state is in the Formless.

When the body covers the soul, there is great delight in the body or flesh.
The body is also called the great strength in the scriptures.
It is the soul that is free, and in the quiet of meditation one can feel how to get rid of one’s karma by doing right actions.
The soul always carries the karma of a person to Earth to get rid of negative karma or to add good karma.

The more one returns to learn, it is the Higher mind that is carrying the karma.
The soul in the quiet of the Higher mind can refresh your experiences and bring impressions of past lifetimes, allowing you to follow their right path for yourself.
Everyone has been everything; therefore, to be prejudiced against anyone or anything is quite foolish.
You can learn this moment what you need to know in order to have choice.
It is the choice that always is there, lifetime after lifetime.

The love of the Beloved is also part of the seeker’s breath, and it is in his or her lifetime to choose to live that lifetime at the Beloved’s Feet.
Yet, not to confuse you more, you must know that even choice holds karma.
For Ma there is no choice – thank God, I must follow my Beloved Baba.
The love is so strong.
It can be felt and breathed in.
I love you with all my heart.

Love,
Ma Jaya

Questions for Baba

Saturday, October 31st, 2009

Namaste,

I have known the silence and loudness of life.
I have known the sadness and happiness of life.
I have known the silence of the woods before the winds of spring begin.

And within the depths of my mind, I wonder: of what use are words?
Do they not hurt us?
Do they not pull us from the moment of love and bring us into
yesterday’s pain or tomorrow’s fear?

I ask my Baba, “Why do I write these words, trying to touch so many to
help heal their wounds and fix their hearts?”
He smiles and says as clear as day, “THIS IS YOUR PURPOSE, YOUR REASON FOR
FLESH, IS IT NOT?

I smile and say, “Of course, my Beloved.”

I remember asking the same question before.
Why do I forget the answer I ask of my Beloved Guruji?

He smiles again and says,” What if you remembered everything you have
ever said? Where will the fresh flowers or the new answers go?”

“Are not the answers always the same?” I ask.

“Each moment is different, through lifetime after lifetime. There is so
much to ask about, to live and to learn; and so your children grow, and the answers grow along
with the questions.
You are too full of wisdom for the heart to have the tongue to utter the
knowledge all at once.

“There is a great range of answers you have, Ma, always ready for the
great range of questions they will ask you as the centuries go on. Then it
all becomes very exciting and real as you teach them to teach.”

I bowed before my Guru Baba, and wondered how many more questions I will
have for my Beloved.

He turned and looked toward me and answered my unasked question- and I
smiled at us both.

I love you all.

Love,
Ma Jaya
