Breath to Consume Negativity

Tuesday, February 23rd, 2010

Namaste,

The Mother trusts you with Her Earth.
Many have used Mother as a sanctuary, and this is perfect.
You have to have time to process out any negativity that is in you.
When you see yourself as more and more prosperous, negativity leaves you.
Little by little it begins to leave.
Negativity has no place in your being.

We are all a reflection of the Mother.
Therefore, we know deep in our hearts that negativity does not belong to us.
You have to believe in yourself as the Mother sees you.
You have such a beautiful energy in you and all around you.
You can come into an energy that is totally positive. This is your inner learning.
It never leaves you.
It is just in a fog that the ego covers you with.

You also have the ability to fix yourself if you have to.
Sit quietly and find any negativity that you feel roaming around in you.
Take in a slow and gentle breath, hold it for a moment, and exhale.
Take another breath in deeply to the core of your being.
Be aware.
With your closed eyes, be aware of a beautiful field that you are walking in.
You are walking up a hill; and now you are sitting down with your back straight.
Follow your breath.
Feel your body becoming more and more relaxed.
Take a slow and gentle breath in.
Relax the muscles in your hands.
Exhale.

Sit in nature, and be aware of your breath.
The breath becomes like a life force.
You can feel a deep sense of security.
Then open your eyes; feel that you and nature are one – that you and your Mother are one.
Allow this space to hold you
Now repeat to yourself, “I am free” – and so you are.
There are no limitations in you.
Again you say, “I am free.”
Meditation consumes all negativity, and indeed you are free.
Take a deep breath of joy, and let out joy.
Take a deep breath of happiness, and let out happiness.
Feel Light all around you.
Feel Light in you.
You are Light, and Light is you.

I love you all.
Love,

Autumn Breath Four: The Breath of the Soul Meditation

Friday, November 20th, 2009

Namaste,

This breath is very powerful, so do what you can do.

Go slowly, and stop if you feel you are going too fast.

Sit in a comfortable position feeling very close to your Beloved.

Watch closely as your breath comes in and out.

Truly watch and feel.

Focus on the bottom of your feet; feel that all your stress and blackness drain out of you into the air.

Keep breathing in and out, but keep the out-breath longer than the in-breath.

In a few minutes you will be surprised how much better you feel as the tension and stress flow out of the soles of your feet.

When you feel that a lot of the tension is gone or almost gone feel a healing source of Shakti come into the souls of your feet.

It starts off like a dim light that is warming you and keeping you focused.

You may be a little surprised by how much better you feel already.

Pay little or no attention to any of your thoughts.

Remember to say, “It is just a thought.”

Sit as such for a few minutes more.

Then feel love or a flow entering in through your chest.

At first it may feel strange, yet never the less it feels good.

The negative thoughts will begin to float away.

Actually see the thoughts in a clear bubble.

Watch the bubble pop and the thoughts just drift away, hurting no one – especially yourself.

Let us begin.

As you sit comfortably, you have to make a choice.

Do you choose fear, loneliness, bitterness, rage, anger, and negativity – or do you choose a lightness that flows gently in through your nostrils and out your mouth?

The choice is easy.

Of course you choose the lightness of breath.

Watching this breath you say to yourself, “Breathing in, I know I am breathing in; breathing out, I know that I am breathing out.”

This is called conscious breathing.

Do this for 11 breaths.

Take your time; there is no rush.

Feel that your breath is gentle and free.

Say to yourself, “My breath is free, I am free; I am free to be me.”

Say these words over and over, watching the breath becoming deeper.

You can feel the breath touching your insides like never before.

Now focus on the base of your spine.

The breath is soft and gentle.

Say to yourself, “Breathing into my first chakra, I feel the breath coming in and out.

Breathing out of my first chakra, I feel the breath going in and out.”

Your whole body seems to be put at ease.

Do this kind of breathing throughout all your chakras.

When you come to the seventh chakra say to yourself, “Breathing into my crown chakra, my heart is full; breathing out of my crown chakra, my heart is full.”

Do this for seven breaths.

Do not worry about losing your place; just keep saying the words.

Then come back to the base of the spine and start again.

Do this three times, not worrying if you messed up or not.

Then just sit, and let the breath come in and out of your chest.

Your chest now feels like soft clouds, and you feel wonderful and free.

Let the breath move your chest slowly and fully.

It is your Beloved breathing for you.

If your body moves a little, then go with it.

Do not try to stop the movement.

Sit and feel the wonder of the breath breathing you, filling you, and loving you.

The emotion of love is not attachment; it is a healing shakti power that will sustain you all of your life.

Take your time.

There is no time limit to this breath.

Feel that you are beyond time and space, and that you are with your Beloved, sharing a moment within a moment.

Sit as long as you want to – then sit a little longer.

Now breathe in and out of every chakra, knowing you are a winner in this game of life and death.

When you get to the crown chakra and you finish breathing out of the crown chakra, come over the head and breathe in and out over your head for as long as you want to.

Then come back to your heart in the center of your chest.

See how you feel.

The negativity has left through the bottom of your feet.

You are left with only that which is positive.

You are filled with gratitude.

Keep breathing for as long as you feel comfortable.

Then close your eyes, and see everything as light.

This is one of the deepest meditations I have ever given you.

Come back to it whenever the stress level is high or whenever you want to go deeper.

I give this breath to you with great joy in my heart.

I love you all so very much.

Love,

Ma Jaya

Mother Laxmi Meditation on Freedom

Friday, September 4th, 2009

Namaste,

Let us all give thanks for our lives this morning.
For all that we have and will have in the future of the now.
I bow to Mother Laxmi, She who has brought to heart and mind the ability for prosperity and turned it all into a reality.

On the spiritual path to Enlightenment, the most important technique to resolve problems is surrender to the Mother on the path, which is Mother Laxmi.
Her Divine Hand sustains you and leads you to the surrender of your heart and to the acceptance of your Soul.
The divine plan brings trust to your heart of hearts, the heart of the Mother.
Trust is developed gradually over many lifetimes, guided by gratitude and love.
There is no need to ever become afraid of any situation.
Again and again the divine plan continues to sustain you, even when you are in deep sleep and have no control over the body.
You are in the arms of Mother Laxmi.
How wonderful it is to have the heart’s purpose be no other than to help others, to help all humanity.

She is the Mother of the world.
She is the Goddess of wealth, beauty, and good fortune.
She is especially worshiped at Diwali.
She has four arms and sits on a lotus flower; Her hands drop gold coins that symbolize wealth.
She has elephants on each side of Her, symbolizing prosperity.
Her lower hands drop gold coins into the waiting hands of people all over the world.

She shows us all that everything has a purpose.
She is strong and is loved by all.
She is also said to ride the owl of wisdom.
There is a sense of reality all around Her, therefore around all of Her children.
Before Her, you are your internal self.
How beautiful to understand that you are not the body.
You rip out your smaller self, and know in the depths of your being that you are not your flesh.
You are not the wave; you are beyond the whole of the ocean and beyond even that.

Sit quietly and feel Her arms around you.
She is holding four lotuses, one in each hand.
The sweetness of the moment can be felt in meditation.
You breathe the sweetness in and out.
The very air around you and in you becomes sweet with anticipation.
You are in a dream, and the dream’s problems vanish.
The world does not call you or spite you or harass you.

As you sit, a fragrance emerges from the heart of the universe.
Buds bloom in the night as the moon shines forth.
All clouds disperse.
As the radiant sun disperses all dark clouds, your breath comes in deeper and deeper.
Streams of dreams of gold gush forth.

Sit, and feel the Mother’s breath surround you.
Say the words, “I am free.”
Then know you are free.
You are everything in this freedom, and this freedom is everything in you.

After doing this meditation, your life will begin to change for the better.
You will find that you are capable of so much more.
You will find that you are capable of helping yourself and others like never before.
It is so simple and so true.

I love you all,
Love,
Ma Jaya
