You Are Your Beloved

Thursday, March 11th, 2010

Namaste,

What would you do if you knew that your Beloved is always with you?
Would you change how you do things in your life?
Your Beloved lives in the mystic cave that we all have in the deepest part of the chest.
Your Beloved will show you how to use your intuition, if you are quiet enough to listen.
Sing of your Beloved’s praises
Find your tears of joy.
Dance before your Beloved.
Bathe in the nectar of your Beloved’s bliss.
In serene meditation you can feel your Beloved’s breath in your heart.
Your Beloved will bring you golden silence when you call Her name.

You discover that you are He.
You are She.
You are your Beloved.
The merge happens every moment of your life.
Having felt your Beloved, all is felt.
The heavens open, and the light of the sun warms you.
The glory of your Beloved surges in the rivers, lakes, and seas.
Behold your Beloved everywhere, every minute of your day, shining in your heart.
Your Beloved is showering His or Her grace upon you.
Your Beloved brings you the gift of wisdom.
Be quiet in your Being, and your Beloved will become known.
You are never alone.

Your Beloved breathes with you.
Your Beloved loves you so very much.
Love is always with you.
This night and every day, spread this love by being in your heart.
Love,

Stretch Your World

Monday, March 1st, 2010

Namaste,

Becoming intimately involved with your higher self allows you to understand why you do certain things.
You begin to get a grip on your life and are able to see your dreams come true – or not.
You never feel out of control, or in control.
You are always just there in the moment.
This is when you call out to your Beloved and ask, “Do you feel me, my Beloved; do you feel me?”
The answer is always given.
The answer is always there.
Your Beloved always feels you cry out to your own self.

Soon you begin to believe that you are never alone.
Life takes a different turn toward the place of your heart center.
You begin to learn and to feel this place that, at times, is called “the wounded heart.”
The heart begins to heal.
How wonderful is this?
Each one of us has an intimate connection to who we truly are.
The motivation to feel who you are is the ability to feel – simply to feel.
You have to first develop a feeling of what you are interested in.
Soon you will find that so much is interesting to you.
You begin to stretch your world.
You want the information that will help you to succeed and become curious about your own world.

Do you want to find out more about your world?
Every moment has a feeling.
When you become aware, all information is important, and everything has a life force.
You learn to understand the life force in everything.
Then you can recognize it all.
Your intuition is on fire.
You become happier.
Your intuition is becoming a powerful force in your life.
Your intuition is made up of knowing.
The knowing begins to bring you joy.
You are opening yourself to more energy
Normally one cannot see this energy, or Shakti.
Then you get the desire born of need to be able to see Shakti and then to see God the Mother and God the Father.
When I say born of need, I mean born of need to use your complete powers to create the ability in your intensity of Being.
The human body is not used to being still, yet you will find that you want to still your body and to learn.
This eventually speeds your ability to understand your intuitions.
The life force of everything can be used to live with deep understanding of life and eventually with death.
It is a whole different way of learning.

The Simple Breath of Being

Wednesday, September 2nd, 2009

Namaste,

This is just the simple breath of being.
Relax the body.
Relax the breath.
Feel the rising truth from the base of your spine.
The breath is going straight up the spine.
You find yourself sitting tall.
Bring your mind to the left, and then to the right, now to the center.
Keep breathing in and out, focusing in the heart center in the middle of your chest.
Then start to count.
Breathing in one
Breathing out one.
Breathing in two, breathing out two.
Feel the breath getting deeper and deeper.
Still focus in the heart center.
Feel your whole being expanding.
The breath takes longer to come in and longer to go out.
A smile touches the corner of your mouth.
The center of your being waits for the breath to fill the cavity and then to leave once again.
Take the breath to the throat.
Breathe in and out, remembering to count.
And if you forget, this is fine start all over.
There is never a beginning nor is there an ending.
Just freedom.
Focus your attention over the head, as you are breathing in and breathing out.

If you think you are getting lost, this is fine.
You cannot get lost.
You can just start again and again; nobody is judging you.
You are the freedom between the breaths
Taste it.
Drink it.
Be it.
Become it.
Now take the deepest breath you can take.

Fill up the chest.
Fill up your life.
Touch upon your death.
Can you feel your own joy?
This breath meditation has no beginning and no ending.
It cannot be done wrong, simply because it never has to be right.
No judgment.
No time.
Nothing at all.
Just freedom.
We are one.
We always were one.

I love you all.

Love,
Ma Jaya
