Taste Your Life

Friday, July 30th, 2010

Namaste,

Taste your life, and taste the calmness of your mind, even when it is difficult.
Always reach for a greater thought.
Simply enjoy being alive.

When your mind is quiet, look out at your world.
Be grateful for all you have instead of begging for what you want or think you want.
The quality of the presence of Mother is always there in your heart.
There is rapture in being alive; you have to look for it.

Become the Light of who you are.
There is a beautiful quality in everyone, and this quality is pure light.
Your inner truth is the light.
You want to remember your true being.

Take a moment and breathe in and out of your heart.
Feel an innate calm.
Try to be natural as the breath shows you life inside and out.
The quality of calm is the restful heart that learns to love deeply.
Don’t judge and don’t look for right or wrong in others.

Everyone can learn to love more.
Welcome back your open heart.
For many it has been closed.
Now feel the breath like a warm ocean opening your heart.

I love you.
Love,

Being Aware

Friday, July 9th, 2010

Namaste,

By being aware, you begin to notice that what you have asked for has already come to you in one form or another.
Step back for a second and look deeply at all you have to be grateful for.
Look and think about this a few times a day.
Every time you hear a phone ring, take an extra deep breath; this also will bring a greater awareness.
You begin to come in tune with your true self.
As you watch your life, you become expert at reading symbols and hidden joys that you could not see if you were not aware.

You are the only one responsible for what you do and who you are.
The coming in tune to what is around you is the key to your spiritual unfolding.
The more you work on your life, the more Shakti you will have – and the greater your life will be.
If there is a person that makes you quite tense, see him or her in your mind’s eye as happy and flowing.
Everything comes to you in a greater context.
Before you start your day, do deep breathing for a short while and sit in meditation.
This will lead your day into the way you want it.
If you have to ponder a decision, then you will know that you have choice.
Learn of the beauty of your personal power.
Let your Shakti bring you joy.
After all, Shakti is nothing more than the Mother’s deepest love for you.

Love,

The Invisible Embrace

Friday, December 18th, 2009

Namaste,

There is a great moment in life when you know that you are being watched by the Mother.
Your whole being is blessed, and you know it, you feel it, and you become it.
Something inside tells us that we have always been blessed, yet we were not aware.
It is all about awareness.

Be aware this moment of the beauty around you, which has always been.
We were just too young to always notice – too young to be grateful, too young to seek ways of showing our gratitude.
So we take this moment of the invisible embrace to be embraced, to be loved fully, and to feel flushed with happiness and gratitude.

The question today is, “How can we begin to trust our own spiritual abilities?”
Answer:

What answer do you think you want for this question?
First of all, what do you think the answer will be?
Are you satisfied with this answer, or do you want more?

Ask a question of yourself, perhaps a question of the chakra system.
“How do we understand chakras?”
This is the question.

The answer is
I just know the answer to be in me; therefore I can answer as completely as I want to.
The vibrations of the sevenfold chakra system represent to me that which I understand to be true.

So what if you are wrong?
You are asking no one to believe you, so you are beginning to believe yourself.
How profound is this?
You are asking and answering.
You have the question, and you have the answer.
One or another, it must be true.

At this point, begin to ask of the Universe, “Who am I? Who am I?”
Then the answers come flowing in. flooding you with truths you did not know existed.

The higher the chakra, the better I feel.
And then the question comes: “Which is higher, and which is lower?”
We all have been taught to stay away from the lower chakras.
What does this mean to me?
What is wrong with the lower chakras?
You begin to ask and then answer, and you become more complete in your answers.
You begin to be kind of sure with your answers, and happy with the question.
You have become the teacher, one who is answering, and most important, one who is learning.
The questions are locked up inside of you

You are not afraid to let the answer come from you.
And if it is a wrong answer, they will know, you will know, and the Universe will know.
Now you are beginning to trust in yourself.
If you do not trust in yourself, then you are trusting in others to pull you out of the wrong space of non-trust.

Perhaps you are learning.
Someone will get it right.
It is not a big tragedy.
Answer and question flow together.
What do you associate with this chakra?
Look around you.
There is no stress because you are not alone with your answers.
It all becomes exciting and so does life.
You will begin to understand more and more each and every day.
I love you all.

Love,

The Heart of the Beloved

Saturday, November 14th, 2009

Namaste,

It is all about being humble and grateful.
There comes a time when people forget to be grateful, and that is the time when they think that they know more than the Beloved.
This involves the opinions of the ego shooting right at you and having you forget where you are in life and in death.
I have seen it happen time after time.

Let us speak and hear from the heart of the Beloved.
Yes, you all have your Beloved’s heart.
When you feel challenges in your life, you need to call on the heart that can sustain you.
It is the intuitive heart, the guidance of your Beloved, that is always there.
I ask you to break through the chains that the ego wraps around you.
It is a truth that carries over from lifetime to lifetime.
You have two options: you can either accept the fact that you can make a quantum leap in your own consciousness, or you can fight and resent your own beautiful power.
We have to evict this tenant that is occupying a space in our lives and is not welcome.
The ego is not wanted; most of all, it is just a thought that the ego sends us and takes us off track. Then the Beloved steps in to protect us, even from ourselves.

Your Beloved protects you all, despite your so-called connection to any darkness that the ego sends to you.
You are all the children of the Universal Mother.
There is no force greater than this.

I call myself the servant of the servant of God.
It is the worshipper who gives form to the Gods and Goddesses, and I love doing Pujas for all of you to Hanumanji, the Lord of Service.
There are so many for us to serve, and so much love to do it with.
I love you all.

Love,
Ma Jaya
