The Life Force of Love

Friday, July 2nd, 2010

Namaste,

The nature of all goals is written in the deepest recesses of your Being.
We are not our bodies, our minds, our emotions, or any restrictions around us.
You are able to use the true energy that is the real you to expand what you are spiritually.
You are then able to become the infinite life force that is all around you and in you.
You can learn how to use this life force and to be able to call it to you at any given moment.
There is a dimension that is purely spiritual right over the top of your head.
You can rise in your heart-mind higher into the Formless.

Here the breath becomes quite subtle and almost stops.
Your mental breathing starts.
This interacts with your unlimited potential.
When you return to your Earthly Body, you always bring with you a part of the Formless which you are ready to recognize.

An understanding of Universal Law becomes a must.
Taking full responsibility is one.
The other, of course, is never to blame another for that which happens to you.
You have so much energy inside of you to use to overcome any weakness.
You overcome weakness by becoming aware of any tendencies that bring you down.
You cannot overcome weakness by fighting against it.
You find your way out by discipline and will power.
Your ego-mind pretends not to understand what you are trying to do, and it puts so much in your way.
By focusing your mind on love, nothing else can hurt you.
You ride the magic carpet of love so deep that when you do not feel it you feel lost and let down.
Yet there is no reason not to feel this love at any given moment.
Call out to your Beloved this moment.

Say over and over, “My Beloved loves me.”
You will begin to believe it as you continue to repeat it.
You believe it because it is truth.
It is the greatest truth you can think of.
You have turned on the Light inside of you and the love can be felt no matter where you live.
It is natural to yearn for unconditional love, and yet you do not have to yearn; you are it!
The ego brings logic to your life where the Beloved brings great miracles.
This is the way of the Beloved, who loves you beyond love.

Relaxing and Feeling

Friday, May 21st, 2010

Namaste,

Mastering one’s own destiny leads to a deepening appreciation of the shining spirit within.
Freud spent many years processing feelings and where feelings come from.
To get to these hidden places, he had to find a method of bypassing the ego.
He did not know much of Eastern practices, yet he recognized something that is essential to the way they work.
He knew that Eastern practices opened awareness.
He learnt of discipline and how to use it to heal the mind.
He offered his patients the idea of relaxing, thus letting the ego relax its grip; this opened up layers of feeling closed and tight.

Through Kali Natha Tantric Yoga, the yogi releases any tightness in the body.
One recovers the capacity for feeling; Kali Natha Yoga teaches us not to be afraid of our feelings but to work with them.
Breathing in light and letting out toxic emotions can lead us closer to the Source.
Doing this type of breathing spiritual exercise for about 10 minutes every day will leave the yogi clear in his efforts to expand.

Breathe deeply and feel the beauty of the breath.
Do not breathe deeply carelessly, as this would never be a deep enough breath.
Breathe out all the staleness, again with awareness, and continue for as long as you can.
Keep the body still and the heart open.

Love,

The Karmic Space of Intent

Saturday, December 12th, 2009

Namaste,

The question is:

“Could you please teach about the Karmic Space of Intent? Why do we get caught in it over and over, and how do we get out of it?”

ANSWER:

When everything is going fine, you have good health, and you are in a good space, you begin to make all kinds of promises to yourself.
You make plans to do this or that.
Then, just about when you are about to proceed with the promises you made to yourself, you realize that you are tired – and so you put off what you were going to do for another day.
Procrastination is born, and soon what you wanted to do is just a thought that you had, and you have no plans to do it now.
This is the opposite of living in the flow of time.
Tomorrow continuously becomes today, and today constantly becomes yesterday.

Then you find you cannot live in the present moment, and depression begins to set in.
You begin to forget about responsibility and yesterday’s promises.
This becomes the Karmic Space of Intent, and it is hard to get out of.

The only way out of this Space is discipline.
Discipline and freedom go hand in hand.
When we take responsibility, this space of karma begins to chip away.
See how you feel when you do something as soon as you think of it.

Start with one chore every other day, and write down how you felt as you accomplished what you wanted to do.
Truly you will begin to have more time in your life to do other things, and you will get a lot more done.
You begin to look forward to doing what has to be done.
This gets you out of the Karmic Space of Intent.
When we take responsibility, each day is fresh and free.

It is written: “Faith in the workings of karma helps us to take responsibility for our actions.”
Do not procrastinate just for a day, and see the difference.
You will eventually walk quietly out of this space and taste freedom.

I love you with all my heart.
Love,
Ma Jaya
