Gratitude for the Breath

Thursday, April 8th, 2010

Namaste,

This night as you lay yourself down to sleep, think of your day.
Think of the many blessings you have received this day.
And with all your heart give thanks for your breath.
The breath that keeps you alive and vibrant.
The breath that leads you to your Beloved.
The breath that knows the next step.
The breath that knows.
The breath that contains wisdom.

For when you stop the words with your heart’s love and the wind blows through you, give thanks.
Think by choice this moment.
Breathe by choice.
Love by choice.

I love you all so very much.
Love,

Spirit and the Beloved

Monday, April 5th, 2010

Namaste,

Spirit is the only creator there is, and the choice that will show you spirit is deep within all of you, yet easily available.
You regenerate the body from day to day, atom by atom, in order to be one with your Beloved.
It is the spirit within that brings you up to par each moment.
Spirit is omniscient and comes forth through concentration and focus.
It is good to meditate with a picture of your Beloved in front of you.
This way you learn to understand the value of spirit and the simple joy of recognizing it.
Baba has always taught me to teach of the spirit that lives and lingers in the heart even after death.
One is never alone, for spirit is always within easy reach.

There are times when you feel all alone, even though in the quiet you can feel quite deeply.
Swim in this spirit, and let it touch your heart.
There is spirit in everything.
The sweetness of spirit can pour from one to another
I cry out to the heavens for all of you and speak of the beauty that shines in the sun, moon and stars.
Glory surges in the rivers that flow from our hearts.
May we behold it everywhere and bow low in its presence.
Having felt Her, our Earth Mother, all is felt.
Having seen Her, all is seen.
Having touched Her, all is touched.
No matter our religion, our Beloved rises every moment within our Being.
Who is your Beloved?
You all have a Beloved.
Your Beloved travels through all paths of peace.
The path of light.
The path of joy.
The path of bliss.
Bliss can be your beloved.

After all these many years I still smile at the thought of the living love that flows through us all.
I hold tight to all grieving souls and bring them the joy of love.
I love you all,
Love,

Intuition and the Beloved

Friday, January 29th, 2010

Namaste,
Question:

“What’s the difference between my intuition and my Beloved?  Is my Beloved my intuition? And if not, do I need to know where my intuition stops and my Beloved begins?”

Answer:

Whatever chakra you are focused on, give your full attention to that which holds your intuition in that moment.
Yet the most juice comes from the center of your skull and drips into your throat and your heart.
When you feel that your intuition is working for you in the moment, be still for awhile and listen to the heart of intuition.
What feels right?
Which way do you turn in the moment?
Do you accept your own intuition in the moment of using it?
Call on the Mother of Intuition, who moves around the different chakras, taking what you need to lead you to the right choice.

Intuition is simply the answer to choice, or choices.
The Mother of Intuition is an atmosphere of pure devotion.
Everything is there in the Mother’s arms.
All the different cells unite, and the answers to so many questions become clear.
The breathtaking moment of listening to your intuition and it is proven to be the right choice brings such confidence.
There is no time in intuition, as it always changes.
The signature of your intuition is not to prove you are right or wrong.
It just is.
Your Beloved takes your ego thoughts and points the way to your own intuitive moment.
The Beloved is not your intuition, although He or She is always part of everything that is in you.

Knowing you are capable to listening to your intuition brings your Beloved so much joy.
Take a chance and listen with your heart.
Let your mind rest.
Discover a new generosity to yourself when you begin to use your intuition.
Intuition is ever abundant; it always was and always will be.
When you find enough silence within you, savor it and trust yourself.
It is very exciting.
It is very freeing
It all comes from the Source, the Beginning, and the Emptiness.

Love,
Ma Jaya
