Stretch Your World

Monday, March 1st, 2010

Namaste,

Becoming intimately involved with your higher self allows you to understand why you do certain things.
You begin to get a grip on your life and are able to see your dreams come true – or not.
You never feel out of control, or in control.
You are always just there in the moment.
This is when you call out to your Beloved and ask, “Do you feel me, my Beloved; do you feel me?”
The answer is always given.
The answer is always there.
Your Beloved always feels you cry out to your own self.

Soon you begin to believe that you are never alone.
Life takes a different turn toward the place of your heart center.
You begin to learn and to feel this place that, at times, is called “the wounded heart.”
The heart begins to heal.
How wonderful is this?
Each one of us has an intimate connection to who we truly are.
The motivation to feel who you are is the ability to feel – simply to feel.
You have to first develop a feeling of what you are interested in.
Soon you will find that so much is interesting to you.
You begin to stretch your world.
You want the information that will help you to succeed and become curious about your own world.

Do you want to find out more about your world?
Every moment has a feeling.
When you become aware, all information is important, and everything has a life force.
You learn to understand the life force in everything.
Then you can recognize it all.
Your intuition is on fire.
You become happier.
Your intuition is becoming a powerful force in your life.
Your intuition is made up of knowing.
The knowing begins to bring you joy.
You are opening yourself to more energy
Normally one cannot see this energy, or Shakti.
Then you get the desire born of need to be able to see Shakti and then to see God the Mother and God the Father.
When I say born of need, I mean born of need to use your complete powers to create the ability in your intensity of Being.
The human body is not used to being still, yet you will find that you want to still your body and to learn.
This eventually speeds your ability to understand your intuitions.
The life force of everything can be used to live with deep understanding of life and eventually with death.
It is a whole different way of learning.

Love,

The Path of Kundalini

Thursday, February 11th, 2010

Namaste,

The path of kundalini progresses from the unknown to the known.
The follower of the path of kundalini and faith folds his hands in pranam and prays to the Mother to allow him the courage to fight the ego, and to go on the path of kundalini with courage and fortitude.

One of the biggest fears is the fear of death; therefore, the Beloved speaks of death as our close, divine friend.
To hear your Beloved speak so intimately of the way of death is to learn, and to learn is to lead yourself out of the blackness of fear.

Once you begin to feel the awakening of Kundalini within, the heat of Mother rises up the spine and all of your chakras turn; you then realize that you are waking up into a new and victorious life.
The body, which is seen as the temple of God and Goddess, is recognized as the instrument that can bring you into Liberation of the body, mind and soul.

This frees you into feeling you are one with the One.
It truly is quite simple – if you are not afraid of being simple.
It was Ramakrishna who said, “If you are not simple, you will not recognize God the simple one.”
How true these words are!

Death is simple, as simple as you make it.
Learning about Death is like learning about life – and then you enjoy life and death, and then death again, and so on.
Then each moment suddenly becomes a stepping stone to a healthy, happy life at the Feet of the Beloved.

In all my years of teaching I have never seen my students as happy as when they stop judging themselves, and they begin to see their Oneness in the eyes of their Beloved.

When you begin to feel love deep in your chest, you understand how ecstasy can leave you filled with courage.
You keep trying, you keep meditating, you keep serving and this is the way to your Beloved – and you know that it is through the heart.

The spiritual heart is surrounded by every path.
There is a spiritual guide on each side of every path, and this is why at times you may feel a presence you cannot identify at first.
We all have spiritual guides sometimes; this is called ‘dual intuition.’

When learning of death, you learn of life; and this is why there are two spiritual guides -one to show you the different sides of life, which is really death in many stages.

You have to know deep in your heart how much your Beloved loves you.
I love you all so very much.
Love,
Ma Jaya

Kali Natha Yoga Teacher Training

Thursday, January 28th, 2010

Namaste,

Through Kali Natha Yoga, people can grow stronger and be more kind to themselves and to others.
At all the Kali Natha Yoga Intensives, this Ma teaches more deeply.
Our next weekend Kali Natha Yoga Teacher Training program begins on Feb. 12.
There is not a time that your Ma takes everyone so deep in an intimate setting as when I share this Yoga with all of you.
I look forward to being so much with you and having you come closer to your Beloved through Kali Natha Yoga.
I teach the way Neem Karoli Baba taught and is teaching your Ma.
I am quite excited that I am able to prepare you to teach from the heart, body, and soul.
Sometime I teach for hours, sitting in the Dattatreya Temple with my Yogis and Yoginis.

Ma Jaya teaching yoga

Ma Jaya teaching yoga to Kali Natha Yoga teachers

If you can, there is nothing like learning yoga with the Mother and then teaching it.
I am so pleasantly surprised how many of you are teaching and how well you are doing.
It took many years to pass down this Sacred Yoga, and now it is the time.
It is being taught all over the world as I write these words.
Yet there is nothing like learning in an intimate setting.
Call the Kashi office to find out about the Teacher Training program.

I look forward to seeing you and taking you deep into yourself, where you can find your own pure beautiful self.

I love you.
Love,
Ma Jaya

Focusing on the Chakras

Tuesday, November 17th, 2009

Namaste,

Let us watch our chakras or lotuses open slowly as we focus on them with great awareness.

The center at the root of the spine is called the Muladhara, the lotus of four petals.

It is where Mother Kundalini rests until awakened by our awareness.

The second is Svadhisthana, the lotus of six petals.

It is located at the level of the genitals.

Manipura, the lotus of 10 petals, is at the level of the navel.

This chakra presides over Agni or fire.

Anahata, the lotus of 12 petals, lies at the level of the heart.

This chakra is wounded in so many of us and feels hurt if we do not breathe in deeply.

Visuddha, the lotus of 16 petals, is at the throat level -  the gate way to the heart.

It is so important for this chakra to be open wide to let in the prana flow to the heart chakra.

Your Beloved will show you and lead you right to the heart.

Ajna, the lotus of two petals, is between the two eyebrows.

You can look out of this blessed chakra and see what your earthly eyes cannot see.

Finally the Sahasrara, the lotus of 1000 petals, is at the top of the head.

This chakra governs the higher reaches of our being and consciousness

It opens our intuition and allows us to lead a brighter and deeper life.

This chakra leads us over the head, far out into the Universe and into our Soul bodies.

There are many openings into different planes of our existence.

Kundalini, when awakened and uncoiled, releases into the beauty of who you are and who you will be.

There is not just one being that is higher than another; yet the greatest of all is the Mother of Gratitude, who lives inside all of us.

I always ask the Mother of Gratitude to take care of everyone and keep them close to Her.

All of this is so exciting and available to all of you as you grow and expand.

Look this second into your third eye and see a light so bright that it almost can blind you.

Then give thanks like never before.

Kashi Prana is filled with vibrations of love and joy and compassion

The various Chakras or Lotuses provide much information, and I look forward to teaching and sharing this with all of you.

I love you all.

Love,

Ma Jaya

Joy Abides in your Heart

Thursday, October 8th, 2009

Namaste,

Kali Natha Tantric Yoga has opened so many hearts to a point that I never would have imagined.

You can become anything you want to be.
You are in charge of your life and your body.
The senses are the lights that illuminate the path and all objects on this path.
The intellect is the light as the self shines on; the self shines on and on.
Joy abides in your heart, and your soul is filled with nectar
Come let us all court Lady Joy, for She is our Mother Laxmi.

Feel your Beloved.
Your Beloved will never let you go.

Love,
Ma Jaya
