Understand Your Purpose

February 22nd, 2010

Namaste,

When you are comfortable within yourself, you can begin to use the Mother’s Shakti in a new and different way.
You can begin to understand your purpose in life.
Perhaps you have the ability to nourish others.
When you become comfortable with yourself, you are able to set goals.
These are goals that set a little space from where you are now.
Setting smaller goals allows you to have many successes; this helps you not to give up on yourself so fast.

The material forms of life were once a thought form – perhaps your thought form.
As you begin to see the manifestations of your dreams, you get a very clear conception of what you want.
But beyond all this, you must clear yourself out.
Try to be true to yourself by getting rid of that which you do not need.
Create for yourself a quiet sanctuary where you can pray or read.
Begin to understand your own sweetness and beauty.
Feel how safe and protected you are.
You have the power within you to meditate whenever you feel the need.

I love you all so very much.
Love,

Go Beyond Your Limitations

February 19th, 2010

Namaste,

Sit in silence, and open yourself to the love of the Universe.
You have the ability to transform yourself into a being of Light.
You have to allow this to happen to you.
You have to open to the joy that the Mother wants you to know and understand.

The question I receive a lot is, “Can I train myself to feel love?”
Of course the answer is, “Yes!”
The love is there you only have to breathe it in and breathe it out.
Some have the idea that they have an allotment of love, and that it can be used up.
This is so untrue.
The truth is that the more you make any step to open to love, the more love is there for you to feel, to have, and to give.
The truth is the more you give, the more you have.

So many of you understand this, and yet you hesitate to act on it, hoarding love as if you were a stingy person – which, of course, you are not.
Miracles begin to happen when you are free with an open heart.
Many of you fear that you won’t be loved back.
Yet if you look at energy and joy as energy instead of a solid block, you will always be energized.

Energy is Shakti which the Universe is made up of.
Shakti is the Mother, which is pure power.
Shakti helps one to go beyond the limitations of the world.
The best way to overcome the lack of energy is to allow the energy of love to flow through you.
You have to establish your feelings of allowing.
This can be very hard.

Somehow we have picked up that giving is so much better than receiving.
You have to concentrate in the receiving of being healed by the Universe.
Receiving helps you to reflect back to the beauty of yourself.
The Force of the Mother is in all things, and there is never a lack of anything.
When you are a life force to receive, you are able to bring yourself into the freedom of receiving and giving.
When you ask the Universe to increase your abundance of prosperity, you must be open to receive so you can give easily.
You are the miracle that you seek.
You are the Light that comes from balance.
This Light is warm, this Light is love, and this Light is you.
Try to bring this Light into your life as you live in the state of now.
Try to pull to you all that you want for yourself and for others.

When you begin to change yourself and are able to receive from the Mother Universe, you are affirming that there is goodness in you and in the Universe.
You are all positive and beautiful human beings who knows the difference between a negative and a positive moment.

You are all miracle makers who come from the light you can bring to yourself.
Try to receive love and light this very moment.
Feel the warmth of receiving and the beauty of giving.
Go beyond your limitations.
I love you with all my heart.
Accept my love freely.
I truly accept your love.

Love,

The Essence of Spirituality

February 16th, 2010

Namaste,

When you learn how to experience spirituality, you learn how to live.
The essence of spirituality lives deep in the heart cave in the center of the chest.
The burning zeal of wanting the Formless is always with the one who seeks spirituality.
Then, one day, everything is different!

Your whole life is focused on the center of your chest where the Formless allows itself to be known through the love of the Guru.
You can become the lover of truth and spirituality, simply by asking.
Ask to feel the depth of your love of the Mother, and the Universe will open you like never before.
Sit in the wonderment of life by feeling your breath coming in and out, in and out.
Then breathe deeply into your chest, and hold the breath.
You are the strength of your own breath.
Let the breath gently out through your nose, and breathe in once again the newness of life that you have just found within your own spiritual heart.

I love you all.
Love,
Ma Jaya

The Dance of Lord Shiva

February 15th, 2010

Namaste,

No matter what you do in life, the Mother is always there.
When you put your hope in the Mother of the Universe, there is nothing to do except to get closer to the Mother.
She will bring you closer to Lord Shiva, who is also watching over you, no matter what.
He is the King of the Yogis of old and of now.

He teaches of the power of Stanhu, the great light that goes through the center of Kashi and is Shiva’s first Linga.
You can see this symbolism as that which will bring you closer to the Formless.
I often think about Lord Shiva dancing His dance inside our heart cave.
He is Nataraj, who dances on one foot.
When the heart is absolutely still and everything is silent, you can hear the music of the dance within your heart.
There is an awareness of the dance that always goes on, even when we do not take the time to listen.
The language of the heart is the beauty of the yogic movements.
These movements are the dance of the heart and the mystery of spiritual experience.
The individual and the eternal touch each other with the music of the heart.
This combines beautifully with the love of life and death.
Around each of us is the intimacy of life and death.
And if one could feel this, there is no room for loneliness – only love.

This love takes on a life of its own and spreads out into the world.
This is how Lord Shiva teaches the Dance.
His heart holds us and understands the meaning of who we are.
To honor Lord Shiva is to honor ourselves.
When we think of who we are, we can imagine eternity within us.
As we take flesh, we take on the ability to learn.
To be true to your elf is the beginning of a life-long journey.
At the end of the journey, there is always the reflection of life.
The invisible harvest that embraces us is infinitely kind.
We tend to want it all, and yet we do not know what we want.

It is your desire to feel love that is always with you, and you find a great loyalty to the Mother and the Father.
When the mind is too tight and narrow, our life is tight and narrow.
When our mind is open wide, we can feel all of life – and yet we are willing to learn more and more.
This is the beauty of your Beloved; for He or She, who the magic of life and death, will teach you to sit in deep meditation.
I love you with all my heart.

Love,
Ma Jaya

The Path of Kundalini

February 11th, 2010

Namaste,

The path of kundalini progresses from the unknown to the known.
The follower of the path of kundalini and faith folds his hands in pranam and prays to the Mother to allow him the courage to fight the ego, and to go on the path of kundalini with courage and fortitude.

One of the biggest fears is the fear of death; therefore, the Beloved speaks of death as our close, divine friend.
To hear your Beloved speak so intimately of the way of death is to learn, and to learn is to lead yourself out of the blackness of fear.

Once you begin to feel the awakening of Kundalini within, the heat of Mother rises up the spine and all of your chakras turn; you then realize that you are waking up into a new and victorious life.
The body, which is seen as the temple of God and Goddess, is recognized as the instrument that can bring you into Liberation of the body, mind and soul.

This frees you into feeling you are one with the One.
It truly is quite simple – if you are not afraid of being simple.
It was Ramakrishna who said, “If you are not simple, you will not recognize God the simple one.”
How true these words are!

Death is simple, as simple as you make it.
Learning about Death is like learning about life – and then you enjoy life and death, and then death again, and so on.
Then each moment suddenly becomes a stepping stone to a healthy, happy life at the Feet of the Beloved.

In all my years of teaching I have never seen my students as happy as when they stop judging themselves, and they begin to see their Oneness in the eyes of their Beloved.

When you begin to feel love deep in your chest, you understand how ecstasy can leave you filled with courage.
You keep trying, you keep meditating, you keep serving and this is the way to your Beloved – and you know that it is through the heart.

The spiritual heart is surrounded by every path.
There is a spiritual guide on each side of every path, and this is why at times you may feel a presence you cannot identify at first.
We all have spiritual guides sometimes; this is called ‘dual intuition.’

When learning of death, you learn of life; and this is why there are two spiritual guides -one to show you the different sides of life, which is really death in many stages.

You have to know deep in your heart how much your Beloved loves you.
I love you all so very much.
Love,
Ma Jaya

Understanding Shakti

February 10th, 2010

Namaste,

Understanding Shakti is the first step to understanding life.
The Tantric Teachings of Shakti is the primal and fundamental life energy.
This energy sustains our health and brings more energy, which brings us the will to fight for freedom.
You can find yourself on the steps to Liberation.
I ask you all to think of what you must do to find happiness in this world
And when you find the right words write them down in your journal and add to it often.
You will find that so many answers are inside you.

The Grace of Shakti is handed down from your Beloved.
The ecstasy comes from knowing this.
You and your Beloved are the same.
All are children of the Mother’s Shakti.

She will make Herself known.
She will watch over you and care for you.
Feel Her now.
She is yours, and you are Hers.
Nothing can come between you; although the ego tries, it can never succeed.
You are too filled with the Power of Shakti.
Sit quietly, and feel the presence of your Beloved.
This is following your bliss.

I love you with all my heart.
Love,
Ma Jaya

Yama, God of Death

February 8th, 2010

Namaste,

It is time that I spoke and taught of Yama, God of Death.
I have taught on how to welcome Him into your life with open arms and hearts, how you allow Him to drop into the loop of life and how to share life with HIm.

I have told you about my Lord, who whispers in the ears of Devotees the sweet mantra, “Ram Ram.”
Are the dreams of death sweet or ghastly, calm or frightful?
Is life just a dream of death?
Is death just a dream of life?

I ask you in the simplest of ways.
My hands are in pranam and my heart is smiling away beneath the setting sun from too much love of living and from hope and fear that sets us free we swim in Death’s Sister’s Essence.

Yamanata, Yamanata, Yamanata.
I hear you, my love, as you are part of life.
The joy in loaning us breath and the taking it back stands ahead of all that was done for humans in the past and in the moment.
The stars are making a path, and all the angels are bowing together.
What a pretty sight for the human eyes!
Whatever Gods and Goddesses may do, it is this moment with love unseen that will be remembered always.

My love keeps me still in the moment of stillness, quiet in the moment of quiet.
Goodness holds me close to you in your arms, Death.
I cannot make out what you are whispering in the night.
So handsome behind the Light of life – I bow and bow.
The rivers flow and flow.
My heart beats faster and faster inside the cave of my heart.
And so I begin to teach, to share, and to bring you understanding.

First doubting, my chelas now know the truth that they are part of death.
Yama, your Essence has never been born and cannot die.

Let us pray.
Let us play.
Let us laugh.
Let  us cry.
Death was never born, and therefore not soon to die.
He lacks nothing, He has everything one could want.

I love you so very much.
Love,
Ma Jaya

Merge with the Beloved

February 3rd, 2010

Namaste,

The sweet harmony between you and your Beloved can be felt all over the world.
Each time you discover the Self deep within, you grow more toward yourself and your Beloved.

Having felt the Beloved only once, you walk the path of love.
Having heard the Beloved even once, all is heard.
Having touched the Beloved even once, all is touched.
Having known Beloved, all is known.
All fears are taken away.
All grief begins to disappear.

Oh my Baba, the giver of bliss, give me the gift to teach others of this love.
The Beloved is one in all.
The Beloved is the song of many birds.
The Beloved is the gentleness in the flowering blooms.
The Beloved is the depth of the ocean.
The Beloved is the dew drop in the lotus of the heart.

Merge with the Beloved, and find yourself.
The Beloved is Light that comes to our life.
All darkness has been dispelled when the Beloved smiles.
The Beloved brings light of expansion.
The Beloved floods the seeker with light.
It is this light that brings joy to your heart.

Feel the love of your Beloved this very second on the breath of time and the timeless space of your being.
Every moment think on the Beloved and you will find that the Beloved thinks always on you.

Love,
Ma Jaya

The Quiet of Surrender

February 1st, 2010

Namaste,

Question:

“How does one surrender to the Beloved in order to find answers to questions? Must it always be a matter of surrender?”

Answer:

It is not to the Beloved that one surrenders; it is to your most intimate Higher Being that you bow.
It is all in you.
Your innate wisdom comes from the realm of your Higher Being.
In the quiet of surrender, you are being blessed with your own blessings

Not only do you have your questions answered in the simplest way; you also have the questions put in a way that you can understand them.
Your Beloved is not trying to test you or bring you to the lowest realm of thoughts; the Beloved tries to bring forth that which you already know.
The path that Kundalini travels always ends in the heart; the heart always teaches love, and love is the highest realm.
You learn about surrender, which is all about you to listening to the beauty of your Higher Self.
When you can hear yourself, and then learn to listen and watch the Divine, you will see Shiva dancing in your heart .

All of the heavens open their doors, and the Universe is filled with Divine melody.
You have discovered surrender, and it has nothing to do with anything outside of yourself!

I love you all.
Love,
Ma Jaya

Love of the Beloved

February 1st, 2010

Namaste,

The question today is, “How can my Beloved love me with all my flaws? Does my Beloved know of my flaws and my imperfections?”

Do you not understand that you are part of your Beloved?
Do you not know that you are the most perfect human to the eyes and heart of your Beloved?
I ask you, where is this question coming from?
Who has hurt you so deeply that you cannot feel this love shaving away at that which you do not need?
At the heart of your being, you are pure beauty.

This beauty dwells in my own heart, even though old lusts come to gather (with the blessings of the ego) to gather you in the ego’s arms.
Do you actually think that any part of the ego, even the ego of a million humans, can touch this love?
You can rest assured that you are completely held by your Beloved, who is always in your corner.
And so your question this day truly is, “Will I always know of my Beloved?”
My answer is, “Of course.”

Love,
Ma Jaya
