Call on Your Beloved

Monday, August 9th, 2010

Namaste,

In the Kabala, one says: “Here I am; I am ready to receive all that the heavens have to teach me.”
You begin to invite your Beloved to come to you.
Remember, your Beloved knew you before you were born.
Your Beloved will become known to you; you only have to be still and breathe in and out of your heart.
Is your Beloved sheer Light?
Is it a presence that you know?
Talk to your Beloved like a true friend.
Ask your Beloved to help you.
Nothing is too big or too small.
Your Beloved will listen to you, and you will know this.
If you will hear or feel a presence coming before you, listen closely.
Continue a dialog: add your own words, and express yourself in your mind.
This shuts out the ego.
Simply be present with kindness and compassion for yourselves and for others.
Be accepting of what is, and also ask what you want to be.
Embrace the moment.
Embrace the Ganga that flows in your blood.
Embrace your past knowing that you are not your past.
Feel your capacities to love, to learn, and to heal.
Let the breath rock you, embracing you with kindness.
You came here to find your true self and be joyful within.
This is the one thing that is stamped in the Soul with fire.
The ego sends distractions to lure you away from the fire of the Soul.
Do not give up on yourself or on others.
Love,

The Grace of the Beloved

Monday, May 17th, 2010

Namaste,

I have always said that I wish always to understand the beauty of my Beloved.
My wishes have come true; no matter what happens in life, my Beloved is there to bring me His Grace.
This is like a fine wire which is infinitely strong, and yet the Grace can always flow through.
You may or may not always see this fine wire, yet you know that it is always there.

Know that you are so valuable in the eyes of your Beloved; therefore, you must feel your worth in your own heart.
To your Beloved you are everything.
She or He can see nothing less than everything that you are.
This love wants to be known.
Once you understand this, you are the richest human in the whole world.

I love you all.
Love,
Ma Jaya

The Beloved

Monday, May 3rd, 2010

Namaste,

Always remember your Beloved.
Sit and say your Beloved’s name, whoever your Beloved is.
There is such joy in the power of love.

Our Beloveds appeal to all of our hearts.
How wonderful this interfaith path of love is!
All are included.
None left out.
No one can escape the Divine Mother’s love.
Ask for the Mother, and She will be there – wherever you are.

Love,
Ma Jaya

Spirit and the Beloved

Monday, April 5th, 2010

Namaste,

Spirit is the only creator there is, and the choice that will show you spirit is deep within all of you, yet easily available.
You regenerate the body from day to day, atom by atom, in order to be one with your Beloved.
It is the spirit within that brings you up to par each moment.
Spirit is omniscient and comes forth through concentration and focus.
It is good to meditate with a picture of your Beloved in front of you.
This way you learn to understand the value of spirit and the simple joy of recognizing it.
Baba has always taught me to teach of the spirit that lives and lingers in the heart even after death.
One is never alone, for spirit is always within easy reach.

There are times when you feel all alone, even though in the quiet you can feel quite deeply.
Swim in this spirit, and let it touch your heart.
There is spirit in everything.
The sweetness of spirit can pour from one to another
I cry out to the heavens for all of you and speak of the beauty that shines in the sun, moon and stars.
Glory surges in the rivers that flow from our hearts.
May we behold it everywhere and bow low in its presence.
Having felt Her, our Earth Mother, all is felt.
Having seen Her, all is seen.
Having touched Her, all is touched.
No matter our religion, our Beloved rises every moment within our Being.
Who is your Beloved?
You all have a Beloved.
Your Beloved travels through all paths of peace.
The path of light.
The path of joy.
The path of bliss.
Bliss can be your beloved.

After all these many years I still smile at the thought of the living love that flows through us all.
I hold tight to all grieving souls and bring them the joy of love.
I love you all,
Love,

Silence and the Beloved

Thursday, March 25th, 2010

Namaste,

Little by little you become used to the silence on the path.
In the silence you learn how to interpret the world in a spiritual way that will last you all of your life.
Never worrying about the attachment of the world, the seeker seeks his Beloved at all times.
Your Beloved cries out, “Have no regrets when you finally walk with the heart of death.”
Death cannot reach out to the one who breathes in the silence of the path.
Death walks along side of the seeker.
You have the mystical heart, always working toward the oneness.

You are all travelers on this journey called life.
Then the Oneness comes upon you and you wish only to serve, to serve as your Beloved has served you.
Life is composed of little acts of loving kindness.
These add up, and your heart learns to live in any situation.

I love you all so very much.
Love,

You Are Your Beloved

Thursday, March 11th, 2010

Namaste,

What would you do if you knew that your Beloved is always with you?
Would you change how you do things in your life?
Your Beloved lives in the mystic cave that we all have in the deepest part of the chest.
Your Beloved will show you how to use your intuition, if you are quiet enough to listen.
Sing of your Beloved’s praises
Find your tears of joy.
Dance before your Beloved.
Bathe in the nectar of your Beloved’s bliss.
In serene meditation you can feel your Beloved’s breath in your heart.
Your Beloved will bring you golden silence when you call Her name.

You discover that you are He.
You are She.
You are your Beloved.
The merge happens every moment of your life.
Having felt your Beloved, all is felt.
The heavens open, and the light of the sun warms you.
The glory of your Beloved surges in the rivers, lakes, and seas.
Behold your Beloved everywhere, every minute of your day, shining in your heart.
Your Beloved is showering His or Her grace upon you.
Your Beloved brings you the gift of wisdom.
Be quiet in your Being, and your Beloved will become known.
You are never alone.

Your Beloved breathes with you.
Your Beloved loves you so very much.
Love is always with you.
This night and every day, spread this love by being in your heart.
Love,
Ma Jaya

The Peace of Great Tranquil Waters

Friday, March 5th, 2010

Namaste,

Thoughts can fill your head and bind you to negative feelings all day long.
You can use your awareness to stop thoughts that have no roots and bring you back into the place of the heart.
This brings you back to the now and opens the gates of your Being.

Say to yourself, “My Beloved, you have brought me peace, the peace of great tranquil waters.”
Just by thinking of your Beloved, you become love.
Just by thinking of trust, you become trust.
There are so many chosen thoughts that you can bring to your heart.
Here is one that can last you forever: “My Beloved loves me; My Beloved loves me; My Beloved loves me.”
Repeat this to yourself, and feel your Beloved in the cave of your heart.

I love you with all my heart and soul.
Love,
Ma Jaya

Merge with the Beloved

Wednesday, February 3rd, 2010

Namaste,

The sweet harmony between you and your Beloved can be felt all over the world.
Each time you discover the Self deep within, you grow more toward yourself and your Beloved.

Having felt the Beloved only once, you walk the path of love.
Having heard the Beloved even once, all is heard.
Having touched the Beloved even once, all is touched.
Having known Beloved, all is known.
All fears are taken away.
All grief begins to disappear.

Oh my Baba, the giver of bliss, give me the gift to teach others of this love.
The Beloved is one in all.
The Beloved is the song of many birds.
The Beloved is the gentleness in the flowering blooms.
The Beloved is the depth of the ocean.
The Beloved is the dew drop in the lotus of the heart.

Merge with the Beloved, and find yourself.
The Beloved is Light that comes to our life.
All darkness has been dispelled when the Beloved smiles.
The Beloved brings light of expansion.
The Beloved floods the seeker with light.
It is this light that brings joy to your heart.

Feel the love of your Beloved this very second on the breath of time and the timeless space of your being.
Every moment think on the Beloved and you will find that the Beloved thinks always on you.

Love,
Ma Jaya

Love of the Beloved

Monday, February 1st, 2010

Namaste,

The question today is, “How can my Beloved love me with all my flaws? Does my Beloved know of my flaws and my imperfections?”

Do you not understand that you are part of your Beloved?
Do you not know that you are the most perfect human to the eyes and heart of your Beloved?
I ask you, where is this question coming from?
Who has hurt you so deeply that you cannot feel this love shaving away at that which you do not need?
At the heart of your being, you are pure beauty.

This beauty dwells in my own heart, even though old lusts come to gather (with the blessings of the ego) to gather you in the ego’s arms.
Do you actually think that any part of the ego, even the ego of a million humans, can touch this love?
You can rest assured that you are completely held by your Beloved, who is always in your corner.
And so your question this day truly is, “Will I always know of my Beloved?”
My answer is, “Of course.”

Love,
Ma Jaya

The Invisible Embrace of Love

Friday, January 29th, 2010

Namaste

Look in your heart at this moment to see what it is you think you are in need of.
The Rhythm of the Universe is like the Mother’s Rhythm: always there, always here.
Come dance with your Beloved in the invisible embrace of love and trust.
You are the truest sound of the Universe.
Can you feel this love?

Make a promise to your Beloved that you will do your best to live with awareness.
It does not have to be perfect.
It just has to be the way for all of you to accept with grace and understanding the love that the Beloved showers upon you.
The Beauty of the Universe shines within itself in everyone.

Love,
Ma Jaya
Kashi Ashram
