The Light

Monday, June 7th, 2010

Namaste,

There is a Light that is available to all of you.
There are so many years for us to be together yet why wait for tomorrow to be in this Light which is available to all of you now.
For a moment, an hour, and all day long, feel the lightness of your Being.
It does not matter how long you can feel this Light.
Just taste it.

This moment see how you feel.
Look deeply at your body from the inside out, and see if you feel lighter.
It all starts in the body; see how you feel.
Say to yourself, “I am getting closer to who I am.”
The darkness begins to slowly melt away.
You truly need to feel this love flowing in your veins.
You can have joy all the time if you try.
It starts when you look and see how you feel – and then repeat the mantras in your mind or out loud.

You see that Light that is talked about in every religion and path is truly the Truth, and you are in it now.
You all earned the right to this Light,
Drink it.
Taste it.
I am this Light and so are you.

I love you.
Love,

Calling the Light

Friday, October 30th, 2009

Namaste,

All that is negative is sustained by ignorance.
Ignorance is just like darkness; yet the moment you bring light, it will disappear.
Call the Light to you now this very moment.
Calling the Light to your heart is the easiest path for realization of the Mother.

Bring compassion into your life and the lives of others.
The Mother always has compassion for you.
Think of those who have not had much light around them, and send them compassion.
How does your heart feel when you do this?
Seek the silence and fulfillment that the silence brings you.
It brings an expansion of one’s consciousness.
As you lay down this night ask the Mother to come to you and open your heart.

Then fall asleep saying to yourself, “I am loved, I am love; I am loved, I am love.
Say these words over and over.
The Mother will hold you all this night.
I love you all.

Love,
Ma Jaya

The Great Light Breath Meditation

Wednesday, October 21st, 2009

Namaste,

Breath:  THE GREAT LIGHT

Sit quietly
Watch your breath.
Feel your breath coming in and out.
Do this with great awareness, as if your life depended on it.
With each in-breath say to yourself, “I am loved, I am loved; I am loved, I am loved; I am loved, I am loved.”
You will know when you have said this enough.

Then send a great light coming through the top of your head into the pit of the belly.
Breathe in and out of your belly.
Each time you breathe, breathe in more deeply.
The great light is warming your belly, which was cold with self-doubt.
Keep breathing in and out of your third chakra.
Picture the Light getting brighter and brighter.
After about five minutes, feel the Light spread throughout your body.
Each time you breathe in and out, the light gets stronger.
Focus in the center of your chest, breathing the light in and out.
Then breathe in the deepest breath you have ever taken, hold it for the count of seven, and let it out with a great amount of force.
Do this three times feeling the staleness leave your body, leaving in its place only the great light.
Then just relax, letting the breath do what it wants to.
Feel a deep warmth come over you, the warmth of your Beloved’s love.

Sit for as long as you are comfortable, feeling the warmth and the light.
Your Beloved will be with you deep in that same light of bliss.

With love,
Ma Jaya

Diwali Festival of Lights

Monday, October 19th, 2009

Namaste,

Saturday night looked like a fairy land here at our Sacred Ashram.

We celebrated Diwali  which is the festival of lights celebrated in many cultures and religions.

It is the celebration of light over darkness of good over evil.

A simple celebration filled with good will and joy in all of our hearts.

The Dattatreya Temple was aglow in light as I took my chelas into their hearts.

The candles seemed to light the way like days of old.

Every one felt the depth of it all and the meaning of the light that never stopped lighting our way  into the Formless.

Holding the children and telling them about the festival of lights was a complete joy.

It made me miss my little Anthony so much my great grandson and all my babies.

Wait till I get my hands on baby boy bean Shiva Jaya and little Jelly Bean.

We are so blessed.

Happy Diwali my chelas

I love you all so very much.

We also celebrated our Kali Ma Bhagavati’s 86th birthday.

She gets younger and younger.

Finding the Light Inside

Wednesday, October 7th, 2009

Namaste,

It is amazing the doors that can open when your heart is full and flowing over.
The birth of true compassion comes from awareness of an open heart; yet so many are afraid of wounds from the past that they keep tightly closed.
In order to find the light that is inside of you, you have to be courageous.
This will bring you a new strength.

You already have been tested from past hurts.
Now it is time for the beauty that comes from each pain.
Real conversations burst forth, for there is no time to waste.
So many have told me, “Ma, we should live like this all of our lives, not just when death is close.
This is so true; it is amazing to be in the presence of death.
When death comes toward you, you are able to use death as a bridge that you have learnt to cross to find new beauty and new paths.
The courage comes slowly to heal all earthly wounds.
There is so much to learn from death.

Our beauty comes forth at the time of death, once we have learnt all the rhythms of life.
Teaching Kali Natha Yoga is like teaching about coming closer to where we have come from.
This is the true walk of beauty that Baba and Swami Nityananda taught me.
It is all about the Light that is both in us and all around us.

The beauty in discovering who you are has you seeing this beauty in others.
Here is the doorway into another rhythm of seeing and being.
As you read these words, feel the rhythm of life welcoming you, touching you and protecting you.
All of a sudden you are not a stranger to yourself, and others are not strangers to you.
This is the deepest essence that is in you; it can never be damaged or taken away by anyone or anything.

It is marvelous how love of spirit and the Mother can strike you deeply in the heart.
It is this force of love that brings you life and life force.
There is such a magnificent renewal of all things.
All comes alive.
The wisdom of the body knows what to do and how to move.
It is the Mother that shows this to you by example; she brings you a celebration of life and death.

We begin to understand the beauty of the Soul.
The heart begins to burn with love, without the pain of heat.
All is the calming beauty of the Mother’s Heart.
Love entwines us all together as we learn to live fully in the dance of movement and bliss.

This is how the heart’s rhythm can be heard and felt.
I love you with all that I am.

Love,
Ma Jaya
