Chakra Meditation

Sunday, March 7th, 2010

Namaste,

Close your eyes and concentrate on the base of the spine.

This is your base chakra; it brings you a sense of belonging.

You can almost reach down and feel your roots to life and death.

Keep the breath gentle and light as you focus on the base of the spine.

Take another five deep breaths, and bring your awareness to the second, or sacral, chakra.

Breathe in and out gently, and feel how you can communicate with others through this chakra.

Take another five deep breaths, and bring a sense of awareness to your breath.

Bring your awareness to your solar plexus chakra, the chakra of fire.

Breathe in and out of the deepest part of the chakra.

Feel the flames in the center of the chakra devouring what you do not need.

Take another five deep breaths, and feel the heat of the Mother’s flame.

Bring your awareness to your heart chakra.

The heart chakra is the place of universal love and compassion.

If you feel that your heart is wounded, breathe in extra breaths gently and calmly.

Take another five breaths, and feel the fire rise to the heart from the solar plexus.

Bring your focus to your throat.

The throat has four sides to it.

Breathe in two deep breaths into each side of this chakra.

Take another five breaths as you think of communicating with others from your heart.

Breathe into your third eye between your brows.

Take deep and long breaths.

Look up and out, seeing a bright light.

This light brings calmness and joy.

Take another five breaths, and think of beautiful visions and inspirations.

Focus at the top of your head.

Take 11 breaths in and out of this thousand petal lotus chakra.

Feel the heat of meditation open all the petals and bring lightness to your whole being.

Sit in meditation as long as you feel comfortable.

End the meditation by breathing in and out of the center of the chest.

Become alive and filled with spirit.

Meditating on the seven main chakras brings you closer to your divine self.

Do this meditation any time you have time.

You will find inside of you a sense of peace and joy.

I love you with all my heart .

Love,

Ma Jaya

The Invisible Embrace

Friday, December 18th, 2009

Namaste,

There is a great moment in life when you know that you are being watched by the Mother.
Your whole being is blessed, and you know it, you feel it, and you become it.
Something inside tells us that we have always been blessed, yet we were not aware.
It is all about awareness.

Be aware this moment of the beauty around you, which has always been.
We were just too young to always notice – too young to be grateful, too young to seek ways of showing our gratitude.
So we take this moment of the invisible embrace to be embraced, to be loved fully, and to feel flushed with happiness and gratitude.

The question today is, “How can we begin to trust our own spiritual abilities?”
Answer:

What answer do you think you want for this question?
First of all, what do you think the answer will be?
Are you satisfied with this answer, or do you want more?

Ask a question of yourself, perhaps a question of the chakra system.
“How do we understand chakras?”
This is the question.

The answer is
I just know the answer to be in me; therefore I can answer as completely as I want to.
The vibrations of the sevenfold chakra system represent to me that which I understand to be true.

So what if you are wrong?
You are asking no one to believe you, so you are beginning to believe yourself.
How profound is this?
You are asking and answering.
You have the question, and you have the answer.
One or another, it must be true.

At this point, begin to ask of the Universe, “Who am I? Who am I?”
Then the answers come flowing in. flooding you with truths you did not know existed.

The higher the chakra, the better I feel.
And then the question comes: “Which is higher, and which is lower?”
We all have been taught to stay away from the lower chakras.
What does this mean to me?
What is wrong with the lower chakras?
You begin to ask and then answer, and you become more complete in your answers.
You begin to be kind of sure with your answers, and happy with the question.
You have become the teacher, one who is answering, and most important, one who is learning.
The questions are locked up inside of you

You are not afraid to let the answer come from you.
And if it is a wrong answer, they will know, you will know, and the Universe will know.
Now you are beginning to trust in yourself.
If you do not trust in yourself, then you are trusting in others to pull you out of the wrong space of non-trust.

Perhaps you are learning.
Someone will get it right.
It is not a big tragedy.
Answer and question flow together.
What do you associate with this chakra?
Look around you.
There is no stress because you are not alone with your answers.
It all becomes exciting and so does life.
You will begin to understand more and more each and every day.
I love you all.

Love,
Ma Jaya

Focusing on the Chakras

Tuesday, November 17th, 2009

Namaste,

Let us watch our chakras or lotuses open slowly as we focus on them with great awareness.

The center at the root of the spine is called the Muladhara, the lotus of four petals.

It is where Mother Kundalini rests until awakened by our awareness.

The second is Svadhisthana, the lotus of six petals.

It is located at the level of the genitals.

Manipura, the lotus of 10 petals, is at the level of the navel.

This chakra presides over Agni or fire.

Anahata, the lotus of 12 petals, lies at the level of the heart.

This chakra is wounded in so many of us and feels hurt if we do not breathe in deeply.

Visuddha, the lotus of 16 petals, is at the throat level -  the gate way to the heart.

It is so important for this chakra to be open wide to let in the prana flow to the heart chakra.

Your Beloved will show you and lead you right to the heart.

Ajna, the lotus of two petals, is between the two eyebrows.

You can look out of this blessed chakra and see what your earthly eyes cannot see.

Finally the Sahasrara, the lotus of 1000 petals, is at the top of the head.

This chakra governs the higher reaches of our being and consciousness

It opens our intuition and allows us to lead a brighter and deeper life.

This chakra leads us over the head, far out into the Universe and into our Soul bodies.

There are many openings into different planes of our existence.

Kundalini, when awakened and uncoiled, releases into the beauty of who you are and who you will be.

There is not just one being that is higher than another; yet the greatest of all is the Mother of Gratitude, who lives inside all of us.

I always ask the Mother of Gratitude to take care of everyone and keep them close to Her.

All of this is so exciting and available to all of you as you grow and expand.

Look this second into your third eye and see a light so bright that it almost can blind you.

Then give thanks like never before.

Kashi Prana is filled with vibrations of love and joy and compassion

The various Chakras or Lotuses provide much information, and I look forward to teaching and sharing this with all of you.

I love you all.

Love,

Ma Jaya
