The Invisible Embrace of Love

Namaste

Look in your heart at this moment to see what it is you think you are in need of.
The Rhythm of the Universe is like the Mother’s Rhythm: always there, always here.
Come dance with your Beloved in the invisible embrace of love and trust.
You are the truest sound of the Universe.
Can you feel this love?

Make a promise to your Beloved that you will do your best to live with awareness.
It does not have to be perfect.
It just has to be the way for all of you to accept with grace and understanding the love that the Beloved showers upon you.
The Beauty of the Universe shines within itself in everyone.

Intuition and the Beloved

Namaste,
Question:

“What’s the difference between my intuition and my Beloved?  Is my Beloved my intuition? And if not, do I need to know where my intuition stops and my Beloved begins?”

Answer:

Whatever chakra you are focused on, give your full attention to that which holds your intuition in that moment.
Yet the most juice comes from the center of your skull and drips into your throat and your heart.
When you feel that your intuition is working for you in the moment, be still for awhile and listen to the heart of intuition.
What feels right?
Which way do you turn in the moment?
Do you accept your own intuition in the moment of using it?
Call on the Mother of Intuition, who moves around the different chakras, taking what you need to lead you to the right choice.

Intuition is simply the answer to choice, or choices.
The Mother of Intuition is an atmosphere of pure devotion.
Everything is there in the Mother’s arms.
All the different cells unite, and the answers to so many questions become clear.
The breathtaking moment of listening to your intuition and it is proven to be the right choice brings such confidence.
There is no time in intuition, as it always changes.
The signature of your intuition is not to prove you are right or wrong.
It just is.
Your Beloved takes your ego thoughts and points the way to your own intuitive moment.
The Beloved is not your intuition, although He or She is always part of everything that is in you.

Knowing you are capable to listening to your intuition brings your Beloved so much joy.
Take a chance and listen with your heart.
Let your mind rest.
Discover a new generosity to yourself when you begin to use your intuition.
Intuition is ever abundant; it always was and always will be.
When you find enough silence within you, savor it and trust yourself.
It is very exciting.
It is very freeing
It all comes from the Source, the Beginning, and the Emptiness.

Kali Natha Yoga Teacher Training

Namaste,

Through Kali Natha Yoga, people can grow stronger and be more kind to themselves and to others.
At all the Kali Natha Yoga Intensives, this Ma teaches more deeply.
Our next weekend Kali Natha Yoga Teacher Training program begins on Feb. 12.
There is not a time that your Ma takes everyone so deep in an intimate setting as when I share this Yoga with all of you.
I look forward to being so much with you and having you come closer to your Beloved through Kali Natha Yoga.
I teach the way Neem Karoli Baba taught and is teaching your Ma.
I am quite excited that I am able to prepare you to teach from the heart, body, and soul.
Sometime I teach for hours, sitting in the Dattatreya Temple with my Yogis and Yoginis.

I am so pleasantly surprised how many of you are teaching and how well you are doing.

Merge with Your Beloved

The Beloved always invites us toward the great elegance of Soul.
There is an immense dignity when you merge with your Beloved.
Sometimes in the stillness of meditation, you can hear your Beloved call you.

The Beloved arrives in our lives, filled with the radiance of the Emptiness.
For a while you are caught up in the beauty of the Soul.
It is when the ego has you take the beauty of Soul for granted that you begin to feel separate.

Always know that your Beloved is there and will never abandon you.
You are His or Her love and always will be.

The Dance of Shiva Shakti

I will continue to teach and share with you all that which has ever been shared before because of its simplicity and its power.
Once the Universe can see how respectful you all are of such sacred teaching, then we are on our way.
All you have to do is stay in your heart.
This is the heart of the Mother.

This teaching embraces all religions and all mystical paths.
None are left out.
The Rhythm of Kali Natha Yoga is in your heart, and you will recognize the sacred mood of sun and moon and the rhythm of the many stars that are always lit in your honor.

You can have it all.
None are left out.
There is no prejudice or bigotry.
There is just the powerful dance of Shiva Shakti that goes on and on across the universe.

Using the Law of Love

Namaste,

When you meditate you begin to become aware of all the subtle energy around you.
These energies can guide you through life as soon as you know how to read them.
You will be able to feel what is ahead of you.
When the energy seems frantic, you begin to calm yourself with the breath.

You are always one step in front of the ego instead of the ego looming ahead of you, pushing you back into chaos.
You also will have more energy, and you will not feel left out of life so much.

The inner you can feel the powers within you.
Remember the Universal law is always waiting for orders from you.
All that you want in your life can happen for you.
So many are taught in childhood that they are not worthy to receive good things in life.
Infinite power is very powerful, and you are all worthy of a beautiful life.
Create for yourself a path of understanding of others, and watch your life change.

Using the living spirit within you to go toward goodness has you karmically in the moment.
By using the law of love, you can feel the power of love and spread it around.
When you serve others, you go within yourself and you can see clearly what your next move should be.
Kindness always keeps your heart open and in the moment.

We all can help others to achieve the sweetness of death by knowing ourselves that life does not really end at death.
I have had the privilege of being present at the deathbed of so many.
All of life cannot be said in the few hours or days.
This is when kindness enters, on the wings of angels coming through the door of air.
Your Soul is the true embrace of life.
Your Soul is totally perfect; you only have to slow down and watch your breath.
The Soul has always a perfect picture of death.
The beauty of the whole Universe is in the Soul.
The journey through death is protected by the way of the Soul.

One can look into the eyes of the dying and see such beauty there.
Birth and death are siblings; they are two different sides of one act.
People can feel that they are getting close to the eternal house or eternal life at the time of death.
In meditation, your Beloved is always there, walking hand in hand with your Soul.

The Rhythm of the Mother

Namaste,

The rhythm of the Mother can be felt this very moment inside of your heart cave.
We all have within us a creative power, and we are learning to use it effectively.
Inside of you is great beauty.
This beauty comes from the heart of the Universal Mother.
The task of Mother and child is to dance together, honoring all of life and death.
There are no boundaries in this dance; there is only an avalanche of awareness.
What a great gift this awareness is!

Imagine if you had awareness all day of the beauty of the Mother.
This in itself is a miracle of the Mother.
She brings to you only spiritual growth and a great force of love.
The song of the dance is written in the deepest part of your inner self.
This is the dance of Mother, as She takes all the world’s karma into Her being.

It does not hurt Her; in fact, it soothes Her heart to know that She is dancing for Her children.
One could only imagine the grace and beauty of this dance.
In various stages of your completion, you end with this dance that urges you to go on and on, always in your heart.
Once you decide on living this spiritual life of beauty and strength, it is almost as if you are being taught by the Gods and Goddesses.
It is your attachment to your ego mind that keeps you in a place that feels like loss.
Yet if you open your heart to the rhythm of Kali Natha Yoga, the rhythm itself consumes the ego and you are made free this lifetime.
I am thrilled for all of you.

I guess this is how my Baba Neem Karoli felt for His Ma; pure happiness and bliss.

Trust in Your Beloved

Namaste,

This journey has been exceptional, and there is so much more to come.
Trust in your Beloved is trust in yourself; and if you do not trust yourself, you will find yourself running away from the growth that your Beloved wants so much for you.

Each person experiences something different from his or her Beloved.

You all receive a different energy, yet you all receive a deep and unconditional love that flows through you.
Where does trust of the Beloved begin?
Trust begins with a little trust that grows and grows.
This trust can grow by practicing what is given to you.

Begin by placing your trust in your Beloved.
You grow in meditation.
Your love begins to expand to having love for all beings.

There are three kinds of seekers: those who are asleep and want to be asleep; those who are serving; and those who are awake and want to be even more awake.
Your Beloved will do anything to take you deeper into yourself.

I will share with you all that my Guru, Neem Karoli Baba, shared with His Ma.
I never thought that this could be possible, yet this is happening even as I write these words.
Did you ever realize that you already know all these words?
I just have to remind you to listen to your own heart.
We will persevere on this journey of ours.
The heart knows the road, and the Soul is already there.
When you sit and feel the Formless, you catch a glimpse of what you have and will be able to give to others.

The stars in this early dawn twinkle merrily.
Bubbles of joy that burst into bliss can be felt in this early morn.
This is a path of bliss.
This is the path of light.
This is the path of peace.
This is the path of love.
This is also the path of pure Shakti, the path of success.

This is the path to God the father and God the Mother.
For this path that we journey together is also the path of self realization.
And so the flowers smile this early dawn, and the birds get ready to sing.
I throw you all into the lake of Baba’s heart, giving rise to ever-growing circles of love.

Our hearts burst into blissful waves of beauty that break into the Ocean of Light that you are all blessed with.
I intend to tell your hearts of this love, and you yourself shall hand it down to the next generation.

I am one excited Mother, ready to serve my children.

The Rhythm of your Beloved

Namaste,

As you watch your breath this day, feel your whole body energizing.
You are being taken into the rhythm of your Beloved.
When you close your eyes, you can see the energy flowing inside you and all around you.
I want you all to prepare yourselves by noticing how aware you can become if you put your mind to it.
This is the higher mind.
This is the mind of the yogi – the Tantric yogi and yogini.

Rhythms appear and never disappear; you are being aligned with nature, simplicity and love.
Look toward the Universal Mother as Shakti and light.
This Light is going on and on; this is a very potent concept.
You do not go into your mind; you simply are, simply in the moment.
Begin to know and to truly understand who you are.

You are God and Goddess, and you must begin to understand this.
You are part of a greater picture, and you inherit all the goodness.
You internalize the beauty of you.
You are part of all energy; you just know this.
You have the energy that has come to you for thousands of years.
You become a more powerful being, a being of goodness.
Be open, and feel the energy of light that is yours – and I will teach you how to make this Shakti available to you.
You have to be able to feel the Mother’s excitement for all of you.
No one is left out.
This love embraces and protects you all.
This is the Force of God and Goddess.
Say over and over, “I am the Mother.”

Notice that you can become anything that you want to be.
The Universal Mother will help you.
You can begin to understand who you are this moment, in this moment.
It always is and always will be.
This is the miracle of unconditional love, and you all have it.
We all have within us an unlimited power, Shakti, and love – love is the greatest of all.
You are locked into the unlimited power and the pure energy of unconditional love.

There are those two words: Unconditional Love.
You were born to understand these words and to use these words and to feel the power within.

Feel this love.
Do not be afraid to feel.

The Universal Force

Namaste,

Watch how the Universe communicates with you.
Become aware of everything around you.
See how everything is energy.
The Universal Force flows in you always.
Become aware of it flowing.

So many of us are brought up to think that we must see everything in order to believe it.
Yet the power of the Universal Mother can be seen by all of our actions.
It is all in learning how to use this pure energy.
Feel how the Mother loves you.
This is a feeling that swims in your heart.

The Force of the Universe lives in you.
See the Force respond
The Universal Law is Love.
See this moment how much love you can hold.
Breathe in and out of your Spiritual heart in the center of your chest.

Be very aware, and do it now.
Think on how much the Mother loves you.
Breathe in one breath after another, and you will feel better.
Negativity will begin to melt away.

Feel this love; become this love.
