The Beauty of Compassion

Monday, November 30th, 2009

Namaste,

As we celebrate one holiday after another, we grow closer.

The gift of devotion becomes more available, and one becomes filled with compassion for everyone, as well as one’s self.

At times compassion is more important than love.

The beauty of compassion takes on love, yet love does not always have to be filled with compassion.

Beauty and color are sisters.

One cannot be without the other.

Life is a miracle within itself.

Look around you, and see the miracle of beauty that one cannot even begin to explain.

When this happens, you know in your heart that there is so much more to live and to learn.

Love and compassion run through the seeker, guided by the Mother – who watches and cares with such joy.

I am excited for you, and there is so much more to come.

I love you all.

Love,

The Purpose of Physical Existence

Monday, November 30th, 2009

Namaste,

This blog of full prasad has gotten deeper, and you have the choice to let the heart open and the higher mind absorb.

Here is the first question of our new study and Darshan Line.

The first question is from Agni Ma:

Namaste Ma,

Will you please teach what the purpose of physical existence is, and what it means that the mind of the yogi is always having to achieve that purpose?

All my love, Your Agni Ma

Answer :

The purpose of physical existence is simply so the body can learn more on a higher realm each lifetime until one catches up to himself or herself and is ready to teach and share with others.

There is so much to go through and to accomplish before one is ready to be at this level.

All ego must be let go, even for a few moments.

Physical existence is the soul’s guide to learn and to teach more than ever before, making the one answering and the one asking find a soft way of learning and then trying.

One is always trying, always moving on with an open mind.

As the years go and the years come, you can find in yourself a great wisdom that you can latch onto.

You have no idea how excited I am to be able to gently push you toward your own heart’s soul.

Each moment is the beginning of a new journey.

If the mind does not always have to achieve, then it fails to grasp the newness of time as it passes our hearts.

When I say that the mind of the yogi always has to achieve the purpose of understanding, know that no time is wasted in the universe; there is always time to learn and understand.

The answers all build up into a book and statements that not only help you but help others to achieve the highest possible path of understanding.

You will find that you become more interested in your life and the lives of others.

Thus you begin to lead a different kind of life, a life of curiosity and joy.

I have chosen to always be honest with you all.

Yet the answer is deep inside of you.

After you send in to Ma any questions which are not personal, write in your journal your own answer and see how close or far you are away from the Mother’s answer.

Many times there will be more than one answer.

As soon as you begin to get the first answer, I will continue to move on with the next answer until you get it and are able to live it.

Your Ma is not saying that all the answers have to be 100% right, but I do say that they will be fuel to burn in the fire of learning and achieving.

Remember that this is the beginning of a whole new, yet ancient, practice.

You ask, and the Mother will answer as best as She can.

Soon you will find your own students asking you questions and you can refer to these answers in years to come.

These teachings are both ancient and new, and we are all learning.

I love you with all my heart, and I am just as excited as you are.

Remember to keep the questions simple and non-personal.

I am watching as you grow into the beauty of yourself.

Love,

Ma Jaya

The Mother is with You

Saturday, November 28th, 2009

Namaste,

During this time, people begin to remember the spirit of the Mother

within them.

Yet the beauty of the Universal Mother is that She always forgives,

even if you forget.

She forgives you and always asks for you to start over.

Earth Mother holds us and the life we lead without complaint.

She is our Mother, and that is all that She knows.

She supports us and loves us, and She enjoys us.

I always wonder what I am going to write each time I sit at my

computer in my Kashi Office.

Baba says, “Just sit and it will come to you,” and I do.

The words at times surprise me, excite me and encourage me to go on.

I feel the bond of love that stretches to embrace the universe with

the love of the Mother.

Kali Natha Tantric Yoga means union with the Mother and the Father God

and Goddesses.

It is union with the absolute Reality.

The purpose of Kali Natha Tantric is to unfold one’s latent spiritual

powers and to unite oneself to  the Mother.

In practice, you present a system of personality integration through

meditation, prayer, wisdom and service to humankind.

Each aspect of yoga helps a person in different spiritual ways.

There comes a time when your mind is able to think lofty thoughts, yet

you are not able to maintain them.

If you take all the shakti that you feel and reroute it to the heart

center, you will find that your mind will calm down.

The mind of the yogi is always having to achieve the purpose of

physical existence.

You have heard the words ‘right action,’ yet do you understand what

this means?

Right action is not sustained by fear, shame or grief.

The human mind is a channel for the cosmic mind.

When the mind is purified through samadhi, it becomes highly creative

and filled with non-judgment.

Then you are more free from the ego than you were before.

The slightest freedom is huge, and is not hard to achieve.

You must begin to love yourself; your Beloved will spend lifetimes to

teach you how to love you and the beauty of you.

This moment say to yourself, “I am love; I am loved,” over and over.

Feel your being fill up with the nectar of the Mother.

She is that which will never abandon you.

Since the world is a product of Maya (cosmic illusion), it can never

satisfy you once you have tasted the love of the Universal Mother.

This love is unconditional and asks for nothing.

All this day try to remember that the Mother is with you, listening to you

and watching you.

You are never alone; the Mother will never let you feel alone.

We will walk this path together, never to part.

She will lead you into the heart of the universe – and She will keep

reminding you that there is nothing you can do to have Her throw you

out of Her heart.

You are Her child and She is your Mother; never forget this.

She lives for you; know this in the center of your chest, for this is Her home

always and forever.

And when life is over, She lives in the center of your Soul, waiting

for a new body of flesh and blood, joy and love.

I love you all.

Love,

Ma Jaya

Yearning

Friday, November 27th, 2009

Namaste,

Did you ever feel that the Soul is longing to return from whence it has come?
It is feeling of absolute yearning.
This yearning can open your heart like nothing else.
This yearning can call the Gods and Goddesses into your sight.
This yearning is so great that you forget to be afraid; you fear not the vibrations of the Mother, thus letting Her enter your Being without resistance.

This love wants to be known by God
The yearning is a process.
The yearning is a work of love.
The yearning teaches you to live the oneness of love.
The beloved of the Mother swims in the sea of humanity.
Sometimes you get so close you can taste it.
This is true of the beloved of the Mother.
It echoes from heart to heart.
It is invisible, yet it can be seen by the heart.
Sit and feel; you are in the presence of the Mother.
Her energy takes us where we have to go.
The fragrance of the Mother is like an invisible step.
You grasp the scent, yet you do not see it.
And you can, if you yearn for it.
Pray to be able to feel the Mother more and more.
Prayer is the yearning of a sincere heart.
Pray for spiritual upliftment, grace, and self realization.
Ask the Mother this moment to help you to surrender to Her Divine Will.

Be the flute in Krishna’s hand.
This is the secret of success and enrichment in life.
No lover has ever felt this closeness: heart merging into heart, love seeking love.
Baba has always told me to prepare you for the spiritual Cosmic Source to make itself known.
If you yearn for the Cosmic Source to glow within you and manifest, you will be prepared for this ecstasy to unfold within your whole being.
Keep yearning, especially when you sit in meditation.
You are a very special being to the Mother.
She wants nothing but your happiness.
She can taste it.
She will never stop until you are one with your Beloved.
I love you all.

Love,

Ma Jaya

The Mother

Wednesday, November 25th, 2009

Namaste,

So many have written to me about these prayers and how they have been helped.

Through contemplation you can get to know your soul like never before.

You can begin to understand the texture of your Prana and its relationship with the Soul.

The Soul is always alive.

You can sit still and learn to quiet the mind; you will be able to feel the caress of the Soul.

It is as if the Prana is getting its energy from the Universal Soul.

You can feel the Prana and the tempo or rhythm of it.

When you get angry, you can feel the breath stopping and then starting, becoming more and more erratic

Begin to count the breath as it comes in and out: breathing in one, breathing out one.

Breathing in two, breathing out two – and so on and so forth.

Only this time, feel yourself flowing deeper and deeper inward.

When you get angry, know that you need to refrain from any physical acts that may harm other beings.

The Mother is the creator, the sustainer and the destroyer.

She is the indweller of all hearts,

She is the silent witness that sees all.

The Mother is one without a second.

There is nothing more than the Mother.

When you find this out due to meditation, everything becomes expanded.

Deep within the human heart there is a perception of the mystical Mother.

This perception assumes the form of faith and prayer.

When the mind is quiet, one slips right into prayer.

I write these words so you can understand the conception of the Mother and all Her forms.

She exists to help you return from whence you have come.

She helps you to understand your own Soul; therefore, you cannot deny to yourself the existence of your essential nature.

Your essential nature comes from your going deeper than the mind.

You ignore the chaos in your life.

She takes you into the cosmos, and you begin to feel the wonder of spirituality.

The Mother is the Supreme Joy of your heart.

It is during separation from the Mother, or at least understanding that the ego encourages separation, that depression is born.

By meditating on the Mother, you begin to feel the Mother’s arms around you.

Awake, unlock the gates of the heart, and let the soul be known.

I love you with all my heart.

Love,

Ma Jaya

The Balance of All Things

Tuesday, November 24th, 2009

Namaste,

We all were created to be together, to help each other.
The beauty in all of us is ever old and ever new.
The fundamental reality of the Universe lives in each of our hearts.
In fact, the balance of all things is in each of us.

The body is entwined with the soul and brings an uplifted feeling in each person, animal and plant.
The central perception lies within our spiritual hearts
There is no illusion in our soul’s heart.
It is all reality.

The immensity of the Mother’s shakti can be felt in everyone.
Once you realize their own power, you become more quiet.
There is no need to show this power to anyone.
There is only the breath, which guides one’s self and others to the Great Void.
I look forward to taking my chelas into that same wonderful void.
The void is the sacredness of the breath; as one practices the Tantric path this becomes known in the heart of the yogi.

In the stillness of this moment, one can get a glimpse of the nothingness of the Void.
Thus wisdom flows along with the divine breath as one comes forth from the Formless.
Cosmic Existence can be known by the seeker as he reaches the heights of supreme bliss.
The Tantrikas who practice Tantra, which is the unfolding of Divine truth lifetime after lifetime, begin to know all planes of existence.
Only the Universal Mother can create consciousness, and the Tantric Mystic can teach and share it.
They long to do such, and they take the responsibility gladly.
They begin to live both inside and outside of creation.

We learn the best we can how to share.
It is all about the sharing and the beauty of the sharing.

I love you all,
Love,

The Beauty of the Self

Sunday, November 22nd, 2009

Namaste,

Let us all together create a real vibrancy that will coax all that is positive to come forward and reveal the inexhaustible beauty of love.

We all have an incredible amount of unconditional love that invites us to be in the moment.

This moment can stretch in any direction and bring us all into the center of the Universe that is within us.

Let us tap into the beauty of the self – the true self, in which we all can learn to live and die in the absolute beauty without time and space.

How is this done?

It is done by having a certain belief in one’s self.

“I believe in me,” cries out your individual atman.

This is all that it takes – a belief in yourself that has so much conviction that you can lead yourself out of any and all darkness.

The beauty that you are capable of receiving has so much to offer you and the universe.

The essence that is offered to you by yourself has no beginning, nor does it have an ending.

Every person must learn to trust his or her own ability to understand and believe in our inner lighting.

The beauty of you is offered to you by the Mother.

See the light that is in you.

Awaken to your own inner radiance.

Stop trying to hide your radiance.

It is in your spirit that you must believe.

You have to believe in your ability to live in the light.

In every soul there is a divine blueprint that will lead you to the center of the universe.

The life of art is the center from whence you have come and where you try all of your life to return.

There is nothing as sad as the Mother seeing people giving up on their own selves.

There are silent waves of non-being.

We tend to grow a shell around the pain of life.

We forget how to smile, to love and to live in the moment.

Remember -you are never alone; you only need to break through the shell of loneliness.

You are loved completely and unconditionally.

Say to yourself this very second, “I am never alone; I am never alone. I am always in my Mother’s arms.”

Now whisper these words and believe every sound you can hear: “I am always in my Mother’s arms.”

By repeating this, you begin to believe it.

Your Mother will never let you go or be alone.

You are Hers, and She is yours.

No one can change this.

Your Mother will never let you go or be alone.

How sweet this is.

This is the deepest truth you will ever hear.

Into the beauty of the eternal the Universal Mother took you, always to be in Her arms.

I love you all.

Love,

Ma Jaya

No Separation between Mother and Child

Saturday, November 21st, 2009

Namaste,

The Goddess of Dawn comes, wearing the apparel of a new morning, a new start.

She comes upon us all, and we greet her with our awareness of a new day.

She bathes our world in the golden color of Her Being.

She brings us life and light.

Dispelled are fear and grief.

The darkness of night has fled into day, and we have the new morning to learn, to meditate, and to change if we wish.

She brings a new chance to come face to face with your new self.

Gaze around in your heart and say your prayers of gratitude.

In the silence of dawn, find that there is no separation between you and the Universal Mother.

You are the same: you are She, and She is you.

There is no difference between Mother and child.

The Mother dances upon the moon and looks down at all of us.

The Universal Mother dances until dawn when the Goddess of morning light flows over our Sacred Mother Earth.

The flame of individuality grows in your beings.

The mind of the seeker merges in all the forms of the Mother.

The light merges in the light; the gold of darkness merges into the night.

And the love merges in all of us.

Time stops when one thinks of the Mother.

In silence supreme one can hear the joy in Mother’s heart.

Sit this moment and feel your hearts open to the form of the Mother which you love the most.

Call on Her, speak to Her, and then sit quietly and hear Her voice.

The noise of the world is blocked out by the presence of who you are to the Mother.

You are never alone.

And as you sit in the quiet of the Mother’s arms, feel how protected you are.

You have the Mother always and forever with you.

There is no separation between Mother and child.

Blissful indeed is this life.

Be grateful, be thankful, and be filled with love.

As you sit, breathe in and out with awareness.

Be a witness to your breath.

It is your breath that will keep you aware and focused.

You are the Atman, the Universal Self.

These are not just words.

This is an actuality.

The Mother knows every one of you.

Painful are all limitations – and so She, the Mother, opens your mind and your heart.

I love you all.

Love,

Ma Jaya

Autumn Breath Four: The Breath of the Soul Meditation

Friday, November 20th, 2009

Namaste,

This breath is very powerful, so do what you can do.

Go slowly, and stop if you feel you are going too fast.

Sit in a comfortable position feeling very close to your Beloved.

Watch closely as your breath comes in and out.

Truly watch and feel.

Focus on the bottom of your feet; feel that all your stress and blackness drain out of you into the air.

Keep breathing in and out, but keep the out-breath longer than the in-breath.

In a few minutes you will be surprised how much better you feel as the tension and stress flow out of the soles of your feet.

When you feel that a lot of the tension is gone or almost gone feel a healing source of Shakti come into the souls of your feet.

It starts off like a dim light that is warming you and keeping you focused.

You may be a little surprised by how much better you feel already.

Pay little or no attention to any of your thoughts.

Remember to say, “It is just a thought.”

Sit as such for a few minutes more.

Then feel love or a flow entering in through your chest.

At first it may feel strange, yet never the less it feels good.

The negative thoughts will begin to float away.

Actually see the thoughts in a clear bubble.

Watch the bubble pop and the thoughts just drift away, hurting no one – especially yourself.

Let us begin.

As you sit comfortably, you have to make a choice.

Do you choose fear, loneliness, bitterness, rage, anger, and negativity – or do you choose a lightness that flows gently in through your nostrils and out your mouth?

The choice is easy.

Of course you choose the lightness of breath.

Watching this breath you say to yourself, “Breathing in, I know I am breathing in; breathing out, I know that I am breathing out.”

This is called conscious breathing.

Do this for 11 breaths.

Take your time; there is no rush.

Feel that your breath is gentle and free.

Say to yourself, “My breath is free, I am free; I am free to be me.”

Say these words over and over, watching the breath becoming deeper.

You can feel the breath touching your insides like never before.

Now focus on the base of your spine.

The breath is soft and gentle.

Say to yourself, “Breathing into my first chakra, I feel the breath coming in and out.

Breathing out of my first chakra, I feel the breath going in and out.”

Your whole body seems to be put at ease.

Do this kind of breathing throughout all your chakras.

When you come to the seventh chakra say to yourself, “Breathing into my crown chakra, my heart is full; breathing out of my crown chakra, my heart is full.”

Do this for seven breaths.

Do not worry about losing your place; just keep saying the words.

Then come back to the base of the spine and start again.

Do this three times, not worrying if you messed up or not.

Then just sit, and let the breath come in and out of your chest.

Your chest now feels like soft clouds, and you feel wonderful and free.

Let the breath move your chest slowly and fully.

It is your Beloved breathing for you.

If your body moves a little, then go with it.

Do not try to stop the movement.

Sit and feel the wonder of the breath breathing you, filling you, and loving you.

The emotion of love is not attachment; it is a healing shakti power that will sustain you all of your life.

Take your time.

There is no time limit to this breath.

Feel that you are beyond time and space, and that you are with your Beloved, sharing a moment within a moment.

Sit as long as you want to – then sit a little longer.

Now breathe in and out of every chakra, knowing you are a winner in this game of life and death.

When you get to the crown chakra and you finish breathing out of the crown chakra, come over the head and breathe in and out over your head for as long as you want to.

Then come back to your heart in the center of your chest.

See how you feel.

The negativity has left through the bottom of your feet.

You are left with only that which is positive.

You are filled with gratitude.

Keep breathing for as long as you feel comfortable.

Then close your eyes, and see everything as light.

This is one of the deepest meditations I have ever given you.

Come back to it whenever the stress level is high or whenever you want to go deeper.

I give this breath to you with great joy in my heart.

I love you all so very much.

Love,

Ma Jaya

Om Tat Sat

Thursday, November 19th, 2009

Namaste,

Within you all is the beauty that you seek to express.

Look deep inside and find for yourself that you are the ocean of beauty that you wish to swim in.

No matter how you explore the Universe, you yourself are the living breathing Universe that perhaps you never thought to explore!

The truth that you long to find is in your own essential nature.

Meditate on your heart center, and eventually you know that you are the union that you seek, and that your Beloved is the truth of your heart.

Turn your gaze within, and know you are Om Tat Sat – that which is that.

Within your heart emerges an ocean of bliss.

Within your heart you can feel the lotus of love bloom into creation.

In your heart you will find the hidden secrets of the Self.

Let your vision soar higher and higher.

I love you with all my heart.
