When you have jealous explosions from time to time, you are like an earthquake looking for destruction of the Self. Practice this meditation when jealousy begins to rear its ugly head. This meditative spiritual exercise will clear hatred, hostility, and other negative emotions. You are the expert that can lead you out of darkness. You and you alone can take yourself into the Mother’s arms and let her carry you out of the darkness. The black hole in astronomy is a dying star. For this meditation, you actually have to bring yourself to the edge of the black hole.

Sit quietly, close your eyes.

Imagine yourself on the edge of a deep black, dying star.

See yourself looking toward a living, bright star.

Breathe deeply as you look toward your third eye, and breathe in the light of all the stars into your sixth chakra.

Take each thing or person that you are jealous of, and practice going to the edge of a black hole. Then pull yourself back to your own inner star.

In your mind’s eye, think of any sacred body of water.

See the space of jealousy begin to fill up on the sacred waters.

Shock the ego away by drowning it in the water’s holiness.

In this dark space lives the Mother of compassion and compassion’s tears. Mother Tara took birth from the tears of the Buddha. The light of Mother Green Tara can lead you out of indifference with the breath of compassion.

Practice this breath with love and concentration for 10 minutes, two or three times a day if possible. Each time you practice this breath meditation, pay attention and examine how you feel. Feel the Mother’s tears, and know that you are entering into the exciting process of freedom.

Sit quietly, close your eyes.

Breathe in and out of your heart, allowing the breath to become deeper and deeper.

Breathe in and out deeply 10x.

Begin to feel a warmth touch your whole chest. This is the sacred fire of compassion.

Visualize the Mother Tara.

Breathe in, and feel her tears fall into the flames of your heart.

Breathe out, and listen intently to the sound of tears caressing the fire.

Meditation: Who am I?

When giving up even the smallest attachment, you are giving up a small piece of illusion.
Socrates said, “Know thyself.” Jesus said, “The kingdom of God is within you.”
Ramana Maharshi used the same thought, based on the Vedas, as the core of his teaching. He taught us to ask again and again the great question, “Who am I?”

Sit quietly and ask yourself that simple question, over and over.
Who am I? When you begin this practice, your ego mind will offer you a whole list. I am a mother: I am a spiritual seeker, or even I am depressed and lonely. Do not accept these labels.

Recognize them as what they are: a list of our attachments.
———————————————————————————————————-
When Ramana Maharshi came to me and asked me to say “Who am I?” repeatedly for many months, I could feel who I was not slipping away slowly.
When labels came to mind, after a while I knew that the labels were the ego’s message to the mind to fall under the ego’s spell.

The accumulated intelligence that comes with growing and accelerating eventually produces within you an enormous amount of spiritual growth, so much so that the higher mind comes into play.
Tensions begin to leave, allowing one to relax in the beauty of spiritual growth.
“Who am I?” are such a powerful three words that one cannot help but grow.
Intelligence walks hand in hand with the heart that begins to open.

Self-knowing allows Kundalini energy to rise straight up the spine, into the top of the head and out into the Universe.
The more deeply we obtain openness and oneness with this higher energy, the more it will lift us up spiritually – and the closer it will bring us to realization of our oneness.

I love you all, and I love the path that I too followed as I followed my Baba into that space of Formless.

Namaste,
Ma Jaya

Namaste,

Life is filled with surprises, and when people are attractive and glowing with great and wonderful beauty, you can know that they have been touched by the Mother.
The Mother’s being holds the quintessence of all essences and nature.

When you are meditating on the golden heart of the Natural Essence of the Mother’s being, then the whole world is your world, with no exception.
You and the Mother are one.
Those who know can recognize and can become.

When the heart reaches out and touches this form of the Mother of compassion, the blood of the Mother runs hot through the veins of the seeker.
And then the Bliss comes through.
And ecstasy soon follows.

From The 11 Karmic Spaces:
Understanding Shakti is the first step to understanding life.
page 127

How are you using the energy that flows to you from the universe?
Following Hindu tradition, I call this energy Shakti, the female energy of the universe.
She flows in all of us, whether we are male or female.
As you become more aware, you begin to realize that everything is energy, everything is flowing.
Yes, the force of the Universe lives in you and you can become aware of it.

The universal law is love.
So when I ask, “How do you feel?” I am asking, “How much love can you hold?”
This is the awareness of the higher mind, the simple knowing of the yogi and the mystic who realize they had awareness before they had form, and they will have awareness after death.
__________________________________________________________________

Spiritual growth is always being felt by the spiritual heart.
It is something you just know.
This is Universal Law.
Something deep within knows when you are leaving the teaching of the spiritual heart and entering into any of the Karmic Spaces.
When you first find that you are stepping into the Karmic Space of Lack of Awareness, this actually brings you your first step into awareness.

You begin to realize that you have not been aware of the darkness of Lack of Awareness, so you have breathing space to understand not to be asleep in the moment.
You can begin to make your way out of the Karmic Space of Lack of Awareness.
A truly great teaching is one you begin to understand.
There is such simplicity when you become aware that a light of time and space begins to shine in you.
You realize that it has always existed.
The Light of awareness can begin to bring you a fulfillment that is timeless.
The trick is to face your life with awareness and gently begin to understand that there is no sin in the world.
There are only mistakes, and to not be aware each moment of the life you are living in the now is a big mistake.
A person who finds truth and begins to accept it automatically drops the connecting Karmic Space of Pride.
Then there is no place other than out of the Karmic Space.
Hold on to the miracle that is your life with love and acceptance.
This is the beginning of allowing the Universal light straight into your heart.

Namaste,

Love,

The Mother’s desire is that you take from life all the enjoyment you can and share it with others.
She has provided you with so many choices.
The ego provides only negative choices.
It is wonderful not to feel guilt, so I ask you to give up all guilty feelings this very second to the Mother.

Remember you are in my time now.
When you can give up guilt, then hate, fear, jealousy and worry seem to dim.
Giving up guilt helps you resist any negative emotions.
Remember, the ego seeks to take advantage and make what the Universal Mother intended to be beautiful and good into a negative thing.

Right now, as you are reading these words, the Mother is blocking the ego and standing between you and your ego
When I look inside you all, I see tender hearts which the ego wants to harden.
Just say over and over, “The Mother loves me.”
These words will take the hardness out of your heart and leave the bliss of love.
Once you give up negativity, the fruit of what comes is so sweet that you must pick it from the tree of life and enjoy it.

In the The 11 Karmic Spaces, you are shown how not to fall into the Space of Pride.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
From page 82:

One of the dangers of pride is thinking that you are the doer.
Then you are dealing with spiritual ego, which can involve an almost shocking lack of humility.
In Hinduism, the great god Shiva came to Earth in the form of a monkey to show the world humility.
In this aspect, He is revered as the God Hanuman.
He appears in the story of the Ramayana, the great epic poem of India, which tells how Hanuman faithfully served the gods and goddesses and rescued Sita, the embodiment of the soul’s purity.
Most of all it shows us how to serve others with humility, and this is why Hanuman is known throughout out the world.
__________________________________________________________________

This was in the book, as are many teachings that, once learned, become easier to do.
As believers in love and kindness in this teaching, you all have a great awareness.
Now you are learning to recognize that flowing river in your heart that opens the floodgates of being alert every moment.
Doing this will not only develop your awareness, it will have you living a full life.

Put pride down for a few seconds and watch how the Mother scoops it up and consumes it.
In doing this, She gives us a fighting chance to recognize the difference between the negative and the positive.
This very moment, think of one thing your pride is stopping you from doing or saying.
Feel how free the mind becomes.
Perhaps it is to forgive someone, or perhaps it is just to say “I love you” to the world.
This is one little thing that will free you from the webs that gather in the Karmic Spaces.

The Mother is moved by compassion, and she teaches us to do likewise.
We all have one heart, and in this heart is the Universe.
The connection to this Cosmic Heart is the vibration you can feel now if you are quiet.
Where there is compassion, there is no room for pride.

I love you with all my heart and Soul.
Namaste

Ma Jaya
So many of you let your past dictate your future and your present.
The Mother will help you to take from the Universe what it has created for you to have.

As you enter into a deeper relationship with the Mother, you will find your heart open more and more.
The spirits of the Gods and Goddesses will enter you and make themselves known.
Don’t ever stop believing in yourselves.
I believe in you all so much.

Whatever the ego has taken from you through deception, the Mother shall restore it fully and more.
The mind is unable to grasp the love of the Mother for Her children, and speech is unable to express it.

Namaste,

One of the key functions of Kali Natha Tantric Yoga is to soften your heart-Karma so you can begin to feel all the love flowing from the Universe.
At times the ego’s karmic teachings set up patterns that the ego wants you to believe in.
Or, as the 11 Karmic Spaces says, “Jealousy, Anger, Pride. Indifference, Ego of Self Thought/ Self Indulgence, Lack of Awareness, Intent, Worldly Desire, Abuse of Power, Desire To Be Right, and Attachment.”

The Mother will dance upon your karma of last life and teach you how to use the dance to expand on your love for Guru, teacher, each other or life itself.
I love the dance, I love my chelas, I love our Ashram – and you will all learn that it is all about love.

Love is the Guru, and the Guru is love.
It is as simple as this.
Karma created this life can be danced away as one learns to love more than to judge, to love more than to hate, and to love more than to use the mind.
Through learning about the Karmic Spaces, you are learning about your own intuition.

I love you all so very much.
Love,

I seek enlightenment and wish to be a true servant of the universe. The most difficult accomplishment has been to distinguish whether I am serving myself by serving others. Can you share your wisdom on this subject?

Namaste Rita:

When you have the least desire to share of yourself to ease another’s burden, or to ease the burdens of thousands, or just to ease the burden of a child, automatically that who you are comes racing to the surface. This is not about you and it is not NOT about you. It’s about love. Love is what carries you to your question. Love is what takes the answers and places them in your heart so you can read them for eternity. Don’t try to analyze who this is for. Of course it’s for us. I used to wonder “Am I doing this for me?” I kept saying it over and over because I didn’t want to do it for me. I wanted to do it for the world. Finally my Guru, my Baba said, “Are you of this world?”
I said, “Yes.”

“Are you the Mother?”

Love,

Ma Jaya

From THE 11 KARMIC SPACES

Positive Intent: Reach for a positive thought. Page 136

The simple practice of hesitation helps you stop reacting blindly to everything that happens, but there is also pre- action, a positive hesitation where you make room for your soul’s choice.

When you are getting ready to do something, use that split second of hesitation to ask yourself, “What is my intention?” In this way you are asking to be in tune with your higher self. You get yourself out of the chaos of useless or uncreative activity. You final stop spinning your wheels. A very simple prayer at the start of every new day or every new project brings you great power because you are tuning yourself to the flow of the universe. You can accomplish the same thing if you make it a habit to take five slow, deep breaths before you start your day:

When I first heard the teachings on hesitation, I was not too keen on it. Then I realized that people need to start making right choices for themselves, and non-reaction was the way to go. Non-reaction, or easy reaction, comes from hesitating for even the smallest amount of time. You are allowing your Higher Soul a chance to teach you and lead you by filling in the empty space of hesitation. The Higher Self helps you press past how you think you feel about something.

______________________________________________

Often we have to practice listening to our own breath before we get it right. Yet by reaching for a higher thought, you are inviting the Universe in to guide you. There is so much guidance that is yours to receive when you are open to it, and it comes from yourself.

It is the Self you seek. The Mother works constantly with those who believe that by making small changes on an ongoing basis, we can get closer to our hearts. The heart begins to close when anger comes from inside or outside of you. Begin to imagine that when you are about to speak in an angry, hurtful voice, the Mother places Her hand over your mouth – and all you can do is take Her beautiful scent in.

We all have to deal with our little faults and imperfections, yet we do not want to deal with others when they make mistakes.

You can find ease in your life instead of spending time allowing words to come from your mouth. Make a decision today to develop a new attitude toward yourself and others. See how many times you hesitate before you speak words that truly do not represent you. You have a life to enjoy; you have time to know how blessed you are. The most profound thing is that when you are in your heart, the Mother uses your voice to make Herself known. So many of us spend so much time trying not to get hurt that we cannot open ourselves fully. Find your hidden voice of quiet and hear the voice of the Mother.

Namaste

Love, Ma Jaya
