Today I want to speak of your fears.
So many people are reluctant to admit to themselves and to anyone else that they are afraid.
Many of you would go to any length to hide your fears.
You may believe that if you think on your fears you will bring them power.

Everyone, at one time or another, feels anxious or afraid.
This brings a raw rush of adrenaline that creates even more anxiety.
When you breathe in your fear and breathe out light for five deep breaths, you begin to feel lighter.
Then breathe in courage and breathe out courage for 7 minutes.

The Universal Mother will take your fears and help you breathe in courage.
Soon you will find that you are less anxious and more able to give the Mother your fears.
