Ego Thoughts

It is said that our life is what our thoughts make it.
To pursue your life as a fully vital human being, you must understand that you are not your thoughts – nor are you your past.
Are you truly following your heart, or are you following the way of your negative thoughts that are sent to you by the ego?

It is valuable to become aware of what you are telling yourself; you can discover the negative prescriptions by which you may be living your life.
Thoughts are like a negative enemy at times.
As you become aware of your thoughts, you begin to get insights of how or what you are thinking.
You would be surprised how much healthier your life can become when you understand the ego thoughts.
You can conquer your critical inner voice and free yourself of the pain that this voice brings you.

When your mood is dark, then so is the health of your body.
When your mood is light, then so is your body light.
Just by recognizing that your ego thoughts can bring destructive patterns keeps you in the light of your higher mind.
The awareness of false ego thoughts offers a means by which you can bring light into the body.
If you start right now by saying “It is just a thought” when a thought comes upon you, you begin to understand that you are not your thoughts.

Self discovery helps you lead a fuller life.
Asking the question, “Who am I?”  is the perfect way to go deep in meditation and allow the Universe to bring you answers.
The Universe can be to us a group of shiny stars representing thoughts of God the Mother and God the Father.

For anyone who bothers to look up at the sky, there is always the chance that the heart will open wide.
The Universal Mother is the Source, and you are the one She lives for.
Call on Her often.
She waits to hear your call.
Be ready to come into your heart of hearts.

I love you all.
