The Power of Gratitude

Namaste,

I wrote The 11 Karmic Spaces in my deepest silence and sincere wish for humanity to understand where they were in life and how to get where they want to be. In the stillness of their hearts, they can begin to notice the spaces in life that the ego calls them to. There are 11 Karmic Spaces that hold …more

The Breath for Releasing Stale Thoughts

  • Press the tip of your tongue against the back of  your upper teeth.
  • Breathe in deeply, keep the tip of your tongue pressed against your upper teeth.
  • Now breathe out deeply, keep the tip of your tongue pressed against your upper teeth.
  • Breathe in deeply again.
  • Breathe out deeply.

Breath Awareness

Namaste,

As you practice awareness of your breath, you are practicing awareness of all of life. Many of us just assume that breathing is an automatic process, nothing we need to pay attention to. Remember though that the word ‘spirit’ is derived from the Latin word for breath. No matter how lost you may feel, your breath is always with …more

Just Being

Namaste,

Set aside a little time each day for just being. Five minutes a day would be fine. Sit down and watch the time unfold with no agenda other to be in the moment. As your mind begins to wander simply, say to yourself, “God loves me.” Keep the posture erect, yet not stiff. Think of yourself as a mountain.

The Supreme Spirit

Namaste,

The ego can’t comprehend the Self. When you enter meditation on the Self, you go further away from the ego. The supreme spirit is in all of us. In meditation, the supreme spirit becomes awake in the form of curiosity. It starts by asking WHAT IS NEXT? Then you become courageous and go deeper. The supreme spirit is a …more

As I continued to attempt to manipulate the date around, …more

Gratitude

I woke up in the middle of the night to the sound of my sick cat howling.  In the living room I discovered he had peed, yet again, on my furniture, this time my favorite chair. The vet said it was kidney failure, but we could “buy some time” with a special diet.   I was clinging to that thread, because …more

Procrastination & Meditation

Namaste,

Out of the Self rises an awareness of completeness. Procrastination comes from not being aware what is offered you in time and space in this moment or the minute after. The minute after procrastination has been canceled, there is usually a great space of accomplishment and gratefulness. When the Higher Mind comes into play, not only does work that …more

Truth

Namaste,

Truth is a recognized entity. When you are aware, truth presents itself to that awareness. Truth presents itself when obstacles are removed.

The Mother helps you recognize the love that flows constantly from the Formless to you, and that you are always in the light and the arms of the Mother. Some get afraid as they come closer, and …more

The Moment of the Source

Namaste,

All of you are already mystics and are already attracted to Enlightenment, whether you are aware of it or not.

Kali Natha Yoga is the pathway of devotional non-duality. It is open to everyone and has no requirements other than the capacity for one’s inner love, honesty, and the willingness to align with the Source. Yogis move from truth …more
