Although you can make your own time to pray, you can be lying down, walking or doing any action. It is also good to set a time each day to sit in meditation. Try sitting down at a quiet time of day or night, and just be a witness to your own breath. Early in the morning when you first awaken, or before every meal, would be a good time to open your heart in prayer and meditation.Trying to calm your mind when you are going to sleep is also good.

Sit quietly, and visualize golden clouds of the Mother’s Shakti entering into your third eye. This is the mystic center between the eyebrows. Feel that your brain and your nervous system are receiving the gentle rain of the Mother’s refreshing energy.
Feel the waves of bliss and joy sweep over your body, from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
All of you have unlimited shakti within you; it is your part in your life to find it and use it for good. Your Teacher’s part is to lead you to your own power and show you how to use it to bring you closer to the Universal Mother. There is just one kind of energy in this life.
If you have harmed others, you have depleted your energy. If you carry anger around you all day, this too will deplete you.

It is said that our life is what our thoughts make it. To pursue your life as a fully vital human being, you must understand that you are not your thoughts – nor are you your past. Are you truly following your heart, or are you following the way of your negative thoughts that are sent to you by the ego?
In the stillness of the heart, the Soul melts into the shining space of harmony. When the Soul is in harmony, your whole Being is as well. You taste the fragrance of bliss that the Universal Mother holds for you. It is a place of peace and truth. There are luminous lights of wisdom. You commune with your true self, way beyond the veil of multiplicity. You learn that bliss is what is available to all living creatures, when they are in their hearts.
You must make a positive effort to curb the Shakti that is normally drawn downward and bring it up toward your head. The ancient yogic techniques help you to conserve your Shakti and not to waste it on any of the Karmic Spaces. Then the Shakti is channeled to flow upward into all the chakras. The more you practice yoga, the easier it is to transform passion into compassion. You will grow and your compassionate nature will expand. In meditation, Kundalini is led to the top of the head, over the head, into the different streams of the Universe, and then into the Formless. Bliss can and will follow you.
Let me remind you to be grateful for all you have in your life.
Your whole life is ahead of you; start right this second to live it.
Live in the moment, and understand that you have the power to ask the Universe for whatever you want. Then allow it to come to you. Be open, and the Universe will provide for you.
Kashi has filled my heart with the nectar of love. Her joy courses through my veins, and my soul is nourished by Kashi’s being. With the feathery garment of joy, She soars into the heavens and back to Her Land. She is the truth of life and the beauty of death. Her Ganga flows like many streams with different forms of bliss, drenching all who taste even one drop of Her waters. And the River shall merge into the Ocean, taking us on Her journey to our highest self.
There are barriers which keep you from the energy of intuition. They are obstacles that come between you and the inner Teacher.
Surrender to your own truth, to the beauty inside of you. On a spiritual journey you must learn to listen to your instincts. Thus you must keep your spiritual energy high. You must look around you and be grateful for the small things in life. With gratitude you can begin to trust yourself more and more. Yes, gratitude is very important in your life.
